Claims (2)
- 상부커버와 상기 상부커버의 전면에 결합되며 힌지로 연결되어 힌지를 기점으로하여 수평방향으로 선회되는 전면커버와 상기 전면커버와 마주하여 상기 상부커버에 장착되어 수평방향으로 이동가능한 후면커버를 포함하는 우측호퍼(1)와;상기 우측호퍼(3)의 일측에 고정되는 좌측호퍼와;상기 우측호퍼(3)의 일측에서 하부로 연장되어 형성되는 슈터(4)와;상기 전면커버(2b)의 선단에 부착되어 상기 칩을 상기 우측호퍼(1)내로 밀어 넣는 기체분사노즐(7)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 칩제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 우측호퍼(10)의 상기 전면커버(2b)에는 적어도 하나이상의 힌지(9)가 장착되어 전면커버(2b)가 힌지를 기점으로 하여 수평방향으로 선회되도록 하고, 상기 후면커버(2)는 가이드(2a)에 의하여 수평방향으로 이동시키므로서 테이블(6)의 후단을 개방할수 있도록 구성되며, 상기 슈터(4)는 상기 우측호퍼(1)의 일측단부로부터 하부로 연장되되 하부에는 바퀴(11)가 장착되어 있으며, 상기 바퀴(11)의 원활한 구동을 안내하기 위하여 레일(10)이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 슈터(4)의 하부에는 컨베어(12)가 설치되어 있되 컨베어(12)의 단부에는 박스(13)가 위치하여 떨어지는 칩을 받을 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칩제거장치.
