Claims (6)

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뼈대 (107, 117, 119) 또는 상기 채널의 횡단면적이 조정되어서 실제 국부 효과 채널 높이가 바람직한 국부 효과 채널 높이의 10% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 크로마토그래피 칼럼 분배 계 (101).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뼈대 (107, 117, 119) 또는 상기 채널의 횡단면적이 조정되어서 실제 국부 효과 채널 높이가 바람직한 국부 효과 채널 높이의 5% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 크로마토그래피 칼럼 분배 계 (101).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 국부 효과 채널 높이가 반경 거리(R1)에 역비례하여 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로마토그래피 칼럼 분배 계(101).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부분이 상기 첫번째 반경 위치(R1) 및 상기 바깥쪽 반경 위치 사이 거리의 90% 이상에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로마토그래피 칼럼 분배 계(101).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부분이 상기 첫번째 반경 위치(R1) 및 상기 바깥쪽 반경 위치 사이 거리의 95% 이상에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로마토그래피 칼럼 분배 계(101).
