Claims (6)
- プレートの中心に近い第1の内側半径位置(R1)からプレートの外縁(109)に近い外側半径位置まで放射状に延びる1組の第1のベッド支持リブ(107)と、中間半径位置(R2,R3)を始点としてプレート(101)の外縁(109)に近い外側半径位置まで延びる少なくとも1組の中間ベッド支持リブ(117,119)とを備え、かくして隣り合うベッド支持リブ(107,117,119)間に流路が形成されるクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)であって、第1のベッド支持リブ(107)の高さが第1の半径位置R1から外側半径位置まで直線的に減少し、かつ中間ベッド支持リブ(117,119)が同一半径距離における第1のベッド支持リブ(107)と同じ高さを有していて、少なくとも第1のベッド支持リブ(107)の幅が中間ベッド支持リブ(117,119)の存在に起因する流路断面積の減少を補償するように適合化されていて、実際のカラムの同一半径距離における流路の合計断面積と同じ液体流断面積を有するリブのない対応開放流路の局所高として定義される実際の局所有効流路高が、分配系の第1の半径位置(R1)と外側半径位置の間の所定の部分で、第1の半径位置R1から外側半径位置まで直線的に変化する理想局所有効流路高の15%以内となるようにリブ(107,117,119)又は流路の横断面積が適合化されており、上記部分の全長が第1の半径位置(R1)と外側半径位置との距離の80%以上に相当することを特徴とするクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
- リブ(107,117,119)又は流路の横断面積が、実際の局所有効流路高が理想局所有効流路高の10%以内となるように適合化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
- リブ(107,117,119)又は流路の横断面積が、実際の局所有効流路高が理想局所有効流路高の5%以内となるように適合化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載のクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
- 局所有効流路高がR1からの距離に反比例することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
- 前記部分が、第1の半径位置(R1)と外側半径位置との距離の90%以上に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
- 前記部分が、第1の半径位置(R1)と外側半径位置との距離の95%以上に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のクロマトグラフィーカラム分配系(101)。
