Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 양극(C), 음극(A), 분리막 및 전해액을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서, 상기 전해액은(a) 니트릴기(-CN) 함유 화합물; 및(b) 불화톨루엔 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴기 함유 화합물은 1 내지 2개의 니트릴기를 함유하는 지방족 또는 방향족 니트릴 화합물인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴기 함유 화합물은 숙시노니트릴(succinonitrile) 또는 세바코니트릴(sebaconitrile) 화합물인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴기 함유 화합물의 양은 전해액 100 중량% 당 0.1 내지 10 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불화톨루엔 화합물은 2-불화톨루엔 및/또는 3-불화톨루엔인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불화톨루엔 화합물의 양은 전해액 100 중량% 당 0.1 내지 10 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차 전지는 4.35V 이상인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차 전지는 전지의 충전 종지 전압이 4.35 내지 4.7V 범위이거나 또는 양극이 리튬을 흡장 및 방출할 수 있는 양극활물질에 Al, Mg, Zr, Fe, Zn, Ga, Sn, Si 및 Ge로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속이 도핑되어 제조된 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 양극(C) 대비 음극(A)의 단위면적당 중량비(A/C)는 0.45 내지 0.70인 리튬 이차 전지.
