Claims (8)
- 센서부와, 시료 채취부가 구비된 복합 프로브에 있어서,상기 복합 프로브의 선단을 덮는 형상으로 형성되며 상기 센서부와 시료 채취부가 선단으로 노출되도록 관통 결합되는 세라믹 블록과;상기 세라믹 블록의 선단과 센서부와 시료 채취부를 덮는 마개 형상의 스틸캡과;상기 스틸캡의 외부면을 감싸는 형상으로 결합되는 종이캡;으로 이루어지는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 시료 채취부는 용강이 유입되도록 선단이 개방된 중공의 샘플링 케이스와;상기 샘플링 케이스의 개방측에 연결되어 세라믹 블록의 상단으로 노출되는 석영관과;상기 석영관의 선단측 입구와 외벽측 둘레가 덮여지도록 결합되는 유리관;으로 이루어지는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 샘플링 케이스는 두 개 이상의 부재에 의해 분해 및 재결합이 가능하도 록 형성되는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 블록의 선단은 내화 시멘트를 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 센서부는 산소농도를 측정하기 위한 측산 센서가 상기 시료 채취부의 유입구 중심에서 20mm이상 이격되는 위치에 결합되는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 측산 센서의 경사도는 5도 이상 기울어져 결합되는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 블록은 센서부와 시료 채취부가 관통 결합되는 선단면이 단차지는 형상으로 형성되는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 선단면은 2mm이상 단차지는 것을 포함하는 복합 프로브.
