Claims (7)
- 로터와 일체로 회전이 가능하고, 둘레방향을 따라 자극이 변화하는 링형상 영구자석과,축방향으로 겹쳐진 제1 요크와 제2 요크로 이루어지며, 상기 링형상 영구자석의 바깥둘레면을 일정한 틈을 두고 둘러싸는 링형상의 고정측 요크와,상기 제1 요크의 링 위에 형성된 갭에 배치된 자기감응소자를 가지며,상기 제1 요크의 축방향 높이를 둘레방향을 따라 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 링형상 영구자석은, 전체적으로 지름 방향에 N극과 S극의 2극을 가지며, 지지 요크에 지지되어 상기 로터에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 요크는, 동일 형상의 2개의 요크 반원부를 원위에 나열하여 구성되고, 상기 갭은 각 요크 반원부의 둘레방향 대향면을 잘라내어 형성되며, 상기 둘레방향 180°의 위치에 대향하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비접촉식 회전 각도검출 센서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 요크는, 그 평면형상이 상기 제1 요크의 요크 반원부와 동일한 2개의 요크반원부로 이루어지고, 상기 2개의 요크 반원부간의 갭을 상기 제1 요크의 상기 갭과 합치시켜 상기 제1 요크에 겹쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 요크와 상기 제2 요크의 축방향에 있어서 대향하고 있지 않은 면은 각각 평탄면이고, 상기 고정측 요크의 높이는 둘레방향이 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 요크의 둘레방향에 따른 높이는, 상기 제1 요크의 높이가 높은 둘레방향 위치에서는 낮고, 상기 제1 요크의 높이가 낮은 둘레방향 위치에서는 높은 관계에 있으며, 상기 제1 요크와 상기 제2 요크는 일정 틈에서 겹쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링형상 영구자석의 축방향의 높이는 상기 고정측 요크의 높이보다도 낮 고, 링형상 영구자석은 축방향에 있어서 상기 제2 요크측보다도 상기 제1 요크측에 치우쳐서 배치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비접촉식 회전각도 검출센서.
