Claims (21)
- 백라이트 유닛용의 반사시트로서,기재시트층; 및상기 기재시트층상의 적어도 어느 일면상에 형성된 연질코팅층으로서, 상기 연질코팅층은 아크릴 고무비드, 나일론 고무비드, 및 코아부분이 공기 또는 유기물질로 충전되어 있는 마이크로캡슐 수지비드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 연질비드를 함유하는 연질코팅층을 포함하는 반사시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재시트층과 상기 연질코팅층의 사이에 금속 반사층과 투명수지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연질코팅층의 반대측의 상기 기재시트면상에 형성된 은폐코팅층으로서, 산화티탄, 산화규소, 산화아연, 탄산납, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 및 산화알루미늄로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 1종의 백색안료를 포함하는 은폐코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질비드의 평균입경은 1 ㎛ ~ 100 ㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질비드의 함량은 상기 연질코팅층의 중량을 기준으로 0.1중량% ~ 50중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질코트층의 연질비드의 탄성회복률은 30 내지 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 반사층은 은 반사층인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투명수지층은 투명 폴리에스테르층인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 백색안료의 평균입경은 0.1 미크론 ~ 50 미크론의 범위이고, 및 상기 백색안료의 함량은 상기 은폐코팅층의 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% ~ 90 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재시트층은 백색 불투명(white opaque) 합성수지 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사시트.
- 광선을 발산하는 광원;상기 광선을 전도하기 위한 도광판으로서, 상기 광선의 입사면이 되는 단부, 하부 표면 및 광선 출사면이 되는 상부 표면을 포함하는 도광판;상기 도광판의 상부 표면에 배치된 광학시트로서, 상기 도광판으로부터 출사된 광선을 균일하게 확산시키고 또한 상기 확산된 광선을 그 상부 표면에 수직한 방향으로 굴절시키는 광학시트; 및상기 도광판의 하부 표면상에 배치된 반사시트로서, 상기 광선을 상기 도광판으로 반사하는 반사시트를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 유닛으로서,상기 반사시트는,기재시트층; 및상기 기재시트층상의 적어도 어느 일면상에 형성된 연질코팅층으로서, 상기 연질코팅층은 아크릴 고무비드, 나일론 고무비드, 및 코아부분이 공기 또는 유기물질로 충전되어 있는 마이크로캡슐 수지비드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 연질비드를 함유하는 연질코팅층을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 유닛.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기재시트층과 상기 연질코팅층의 사이에 금속 반사층과 투명수지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 연질코팅층의 반대측의 상기 기재시트면상에 형성된 은폐코팅층으로서, 산화티탄, 산화규소, 산화아연, 탄산납, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 및 산화알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 1종의 백색안 료를 포함하는 은폐코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연질코트층의 연질비드의 탄성회복률은 30 내지 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속 반사층은 은 반사층인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사시트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
