Claims (3)
- 화학 조성이 질량%이고, C : 0.08∼0.61%, Si : 0.15∼0.55%, Mn : 0.30∼1.60%, P : 0.040%이하, S : 0.040%이하, O(산소) : 0.0005∼0.0050%, Sol.Al(산 가용 Al : 강철 중에 고용(固溶)한 Al) : 0.0010∼0.100%, Ca : 0∼0.0002%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물이고, 각각의 크기가 80㎛ 이상이고, 10kg당 100개 이하의 입자 상태 개재물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이음매가 없는 강철관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 상태 개재물은 질량%로 50% 이상의 Al2O3와, CaO, CaS, SiO2, MnS 중 적어도 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이음매가 없는 강철관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이음매가 없는 강철관은, 연속 주조법에 의해 제조된 주조 편으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이음매가 없는 강철관.
