Claims (7)
- 한 쌍의 전극과 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 배치되어 세라믹 재료를 포함하는 유전재료로 구성된 유전체층을 구비하며, 유전체층이 유전재료의 입자를 함유하며, 또한 이의 두께 방향에서 당해 입자 한 가지만으로 구성되는 부위를 갖고 있으며 전극과 유전체층 사이에는 Si, Li 및 B로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 영역이 산재되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역이 내부 전극 및 2개 이상의 입자에 포위되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 영역이 주로 Si를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 한 쌍의 전극과 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 배치되어, 세라믹 재료를 포함하는 유전재료로 구성된 유전체층을 구비하며, 유전체층이 유전재료의 입자를 함유하며, 또한 이의 두께 방향에서 당해 입자 한 가지만으로 구성되는 부위를 갖고 있으며 전극과 유전체층 사이에는 Si, Li 및 B로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 제1 영역이 산재하며, 유전체층 내에는 Si, Li 및 B로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상 원소를 함유하는 제2 영역이 산재되어 있으며 제1 영역이 제2 영역보다 많이 산재되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 영역이 내부 전극 및 2개 이상의 입자에 포위되어 있으며, 또한 제2 영역이 3개 이상의 입자만으로 포위되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 제1 영역과 제2 영역이 주로 Si를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 재료가 Ba 및 Ti를 주성분으로 하는 복합 산화물임을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
