Claims (5)
- 프리프레그(Prepreg)를 건조하기 위한 트리터 오븐(Treater oven)에서,그 내부를 통하여 프리프레그가 이동할 수 있도록 형성되는 이동 관로;상기 이동 관로의 일측에 결합되어 상기 이동 관로로 가열 공기를 공급하는 제1 구조물; 및상기 이동 관로의 다른 일측에 결합되어 상기 이동 관로로부터 가열 공기를 배출하는 제2 구조물을 포함하되,상기 제1 구조물은,열 교환기와 연결되어 가열 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급부;상기 공기 공급부로부터 공급되는 가열 공기를 한 쌍의 토출구를 통하여 상기 프리프레그의 양측으로 분배 토출하는 공기 분배 토출부; 및상기 공기 분배 토출부의 공기 유로에 각각 대칭 구비되는 하나 이상의 타공판을 포함하는 트리터 오븐.
- 제 1 항에서,상기 공기 공급부의 일측면에는 상기 열 교환기와 연결되는 단일 파이프와의 연결을 위한 입구가 형성되고, 상기 입구의 대향 측면에는 상기 공기 분배 토출부와 연결되는 한 쌍의 출구가 형성되되,상기 하나 이상의 타공판은 상기 공기 공급부의 상기 한 쌍의 출구에 각각 연결되는 공기 유로의 입구에 대칭으로 각각 구비되는 제 1 타공판을 포함하는 트리터 오븐.
- 제 1 항에서,상기 공기 분배 토출부의 상기 공기 유로는 통관 처리되는 트리터 오븐.
- 제 2 항에서,상기 하나 이상의 타공판은,상기 공기 분배 토출부의 상기 한 쌍의 토출구 이전에 각각 대칭으로 구비되는 제 2 타공판을 더 포함하는 트리터 오븐.
- 제 4 항에서,상기 하나 이상의 타공판은,상기 공기 분배 토출부의 상기 한 쌍의 토출구 이전에 상기 제 2 타공판과 설정된 간격으로 이격되어 구비되는 제 3 타공판을 더 포함하는 트리터 오븐.
