Abstract
본 발명의 샌드위치 구조(2)는 코어(20) 및 사이에 상기 코어가 배열된 두 외장 요소(facing element)(21,22)로 이루어진다. 상기 코어(20)는, 고온 기체 흐름에 의한 연신(drawing)과 결합된 내부 원심 분리 공정에 의해 생산된 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 물질로 만들어진다. 상기 구조는, 광물 섬유가 크레이프 되도록 생산된다는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
본 발명은, 코어(core) 및 사이에 코어가 위치한 두 외장부(facing)를 포함하는 샌드위치 구조에 관한 것이고, 코어는, 고온 기체 흐름에 의한 감쇠(attenuation)와 결합된 내부 원심 분리를 수반하는 공정에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유 기초 생성물로부터 형성된다.
패널의 형태를 취하는 이러한 샌드위치 구조는 열 및/또는 음향 차단을 위해 사용되지만, 이러한 특성을 필요로 하는 특수한 적용을 위한 특히 높은 기계적 특성을 나타낸다. 특히, 이것은, 걸을 수 있는 편평한 지붕의 차단을 위해 사용되는 요소 같은, 결론적으로 높은 압축 하중을 견뎌야 하는 빌딩 요소를 만드는데 적합한 샌드위치 구조이다. 이것은 또한 야외 차단(outdoor insulation)으로 사용되는 구조를 위한 경우이고, 이것들은 특히, 특히 바람 압력(wind pressure)의 작용을 통해 발생한 인열력(tearing force) 및 전단력(shear force)을 견딜 수 있어야 한다.

상표명 PAROC으로 판매되는 구조는 Paroc Oy로부터 또한 알려지고, 이러한 구조의 코어는 그러나 암면(rock wool)으로 만들어지고, 섬유는 따라서 외부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진다. 또한, 이러한 구조는 압축 강도 및 전단 강도의 관점에서 효과적이지만, 이것은 약 85 내지 120 kg/m3의 밀도를 가진 심지어 더 무거운 생성물이고, 성능 품질이 높아질수록, 생성물은 더 무거워진다.
그래서, 구조의 중량을 증가시키지 않으면서, 이러한 구조의 성능을 향상시키는 것은 항상 바람직하다.
이것이 바로 본 발명의 목적이고, 즉 기계적 강도(압축 강도 및 전단 강도)에 관한 원하는 성능 특성이 이 구조를 더 무겁게 하지 않으면서, 그리고 심지어 시장에서 판매되는 구조보다 더 낮은 밀도를 달성함으로써 성취되는 광물 섬유 샌드위치 구조를 제공하는 것이다. 동시에, 종래 기술의 구조와 비교되는 이러한 구조의 더 낮은 밀도는 열적 성능이 향상되게 한다.
본 발명에 따라서, 샌드위치 구조는 코어 및 사이에 코어가 위치한 두 외장부를 포함하고, 코어는, 고온 기체 흐름에 의한 감쇠와 결합된 내부 원심 분리를 수반하는 공정에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유 기초 생성물로부터 형성되고, 광물 섬유가 크림프(crimp)된다는 것을 특징으로 한다.
섬유의 "크림핑"은 실제의 섬유화 작업(fiberizing operation) 후 실행되는 공정이고, 이러한 크림핑 공정의 목적은 원심 분리에 의해 생성된 섬유의 웨브(web)의 일반적인 배향을 사실상 변경하지 않고 생성물 내부에 가능한 한 변화된 방향의 섬유를 주는 것이다. 이러한 공정은 특히 웨브의 상부 및 하부 면을 한정하는 두 열의 컨베이어 사이에 섬유의 웨브를 통과시키고 웨브가 일정한 속도(V1)로 이동하는 한 쌍의 컨베이어로부터 첫 번째 것보다 더 느린 속도(V2)로 이동하는 한 쌍의 컨베이어까지 통과함으로써 생성된 길이 방향의 압축을 가하는 것이다.
이러한 작업이 내부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 펠트 및 블랭킷을 제조하는 것으로 알려지지만, 이러한 펠트는 샌드위치 구조를 제조하는데 결코 사용되지 않았다. 놀랍게도, 이러한 구조를 위한 섬유의 크림핑은 이 구조의 강도, 특히 이 구조의 압축 강도를 크게 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
바람직하게는, 외장부의 표면에 사실상 평행한 단면 위에 섬유의 분포는 사실상 V-모양 프로파일을 가진다.
다른 특징에 따라서, 코어는 외장부의 주 확장부(main extension)를 따라서 확장하는 다수의 병렬된 박막(lamella)을 포함하고, 박막은 크림프된 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 생성물로부터 형성된다.
박막은, 베이스 생성물이 절단되고 절단 전 생성물의 정지 평면(rest plane)에 대해 90°회전된 후 얻어진다. 따라서, 섬유 분포가 셰브론(chevron) 방식으로 V-모양 프로파일을 가질 때, V는 박막의 전체 폭 위로 확장하고 V의 첨단(tip)은 사실상 정렬된다. V-모양 프로파일 섬유 분포는 박막의 전체 높이에 걸쳐서, 그리고 결과적으로 샌드위치 구조의 코어의 전체 두께에 걸쳐서 스택 층에 배열된다.
베이스 생성물의 다수의 박막을 결합시켜, 상술한 바와 같은 섬유 분포를 각각의 박막에게 제공하기 위해 크림프된 생성물은 절단되고 90°회전되었고, 따라서 압축 강도 및 전단 강도에 관한 예기치 않은 성능 특징을 제공하는 두 외장부 사이에 샌드위치된 코어를 얻는 것이 가능하다.
유리하게는, 본 발명의 샌드위치 구조의 밀도는 최대 80 kg/m3, 바람직하게는 60 내지 70 kg/m3, 그리고 특히 50 kg/m3 이다. 저-밀도(80 kg/m3 이하) 생성물의 이러한 타입에 대해, 열적 성능 특징은 더 높은 밀도의 생성물과 비교해 추가로 향상되었다.

공정의 일 특징에 따라서, 생성물의 섬유는, 길이 방향으로 및 이것의 두께로 압축되기 위해 사이에 생성물이 이동하는 적어도 제 1 쌍 및 제 2 쌍의 컨베이어를 포함하는 크림핑 유닛에 의해서 크림프되고, 이 컨베이어는 각각 V1 및 V2의 속도를 가지고, 속도의 비(R = V1/V2)는 3 이상, 및 바람직하게는 3.5 이고, 또한 압축 수단은 생성물을 이것의 최종 두께로(e)로 감소시키고, 비(H/e)는 1.2 이상, 및 바람직하게는 1.6 이고, H는 제 2 쌍의 컨베이어 사이의 높이에 해당한다.

샌드위치 구조(2)는 코어(20) 및 코어에 예로 접착제 결합에 의해 고정된 두 외장부(21 및 22)를 포함한다.

크림핑 유닛을 떠나는 즉시, 크림프된 생성물(1)은, 길로틴 타입의 절단 디바이스(32)에 의해 판넬로 절단된다. 절단 후, 그리고 적절한 수단(33)을 사용한 다른 제조 라인을 따라, 판넬은 예로 원판 톱(circular saw)을 사용해서 바람직하게는 길이 방향을 따라서 주어진 크기의 박막(25)으로 절단되고, 이러한 박막은 그 다음에 평면(P)에 대해 90°회전되고 압축에 의해 서로 결합된다. 박막은 여러 방식으로 배열될 수 있고, 예로 동일한 길이를 가진 다른 열에 한 열이 압착되고, 또는 예로 열을 형성하기 위해 다른 길이로 접하고 서로 압착되어서 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 오프셋이 된다.
일단 박막이 코어(20)를 형성하도록 결합되었다면, 코어를 두 외장부와 결합 하는 공정이 조립 디바이스(34)를 사용해서 수행된다. 코어가 접착제 결합에 의해 두 외장부(21 및 22)에 고정되면, 외장부를 향하는 외장부의 마주보는 표면은 두 외장부 사이에 코어의 삽입 전 접착제로 코팅되고, 모든 조립체는 그 다음에 압축 및 경화 작업을 거친다.
생성물(10)의 광물 섬유는, 예로, 유리 섬유이다. 생성물(1)을 위해 사용되는 유리 조성은 여러 타입일 수 있다. 독자는 조성의 예로 특허 EP 0 399 320 - B2 및 특허 출원 EP 0 412 878, 또는 특히 12 중량% 이상 및 바람직하게는 16 중량% 이상의 알루미나 함유량을 기재한 특허 출원 WO 00/17117 및 WO 01/68546에 기재된 조성을 참조할 수 있다. 높은 알루미나 함유량을 가진 후자의 조성은, 유리하게는 생성물(1) 그리고 이에 따라서 샌드위치 구조의 더 우수한 에이징(ageing)을 제공한다.
코어의 생성물(1)은 상술한 바와 같이 용융된 유리(molten glass)의 내부 원심 분리와 감쇠, 고온 기체 흐름 그리고 방사 작업 후 얻어진 섬유 블랭킷의 크림핑에 의해 얻어진다.
내부 원심 분리 및 감쇠에 의해 섬유를 형성하기 위한 공정은, 알려진 방법으로 고속으로 회전하고 주변 둘레에 매우 많은 수의 구멍이 뚫려있고, 이 구멍을 통해서 원심력의 영향 때문에 유리가 필라멘트의 형태로 사출되는 방사기 디시(spinner dish)로도 불리는 방사기 안으로 용융된 유리의 흐름을 주입하는 것이다. 이러한 필라멘트는 그 다음에 방사기의 벽을 감싸는 고리 모양의 고온/고속 감쇠 흐름의 작용을 받게 되고, 이 흐름은 피라멘트를 감쇠시키고 필라멘트를 섬유로 전 환한다. 형성된 섬유는, 일반적으로 기체-투과성 벨트로 이루어진 수집 디바이스를 향해 이러한 감쇠 기체 흐름에 의해 끌려가고, 벨트 위에서 섬유는 평면(P) 위에 블랭킷 형태로 얽혀있다.
다음에, 섬유는 크림핑 유닛(31)으로 이송된다. 섬유 블랭킷은 압축 공정을 거치고, 이 압축 공정은 몇 쌍의 컨베이어, 예로 두 쌍(310,311 및 312,313) 사이를 각각 통과시켜 수행되고, 블랭킷의 면에 위치한 두 컨베이어를 분리시키는 거리는 상기 블랭킷의 진행 방향으로 감소한다.
각 쌍의 컨베이어의 속도는 바로 전 쌍의 컨베이어의 속도 미만이고, 이것은 블랭킷의 길이 방향 압축을 야기한다. 따라서, 컨베이어의 쌍(310,311; 312,313)은 각각 속도 V1 및 V2를 가지고, 원하는 최종 크림핑에 따라서 맞춰진 속도 비(R = V1/V2)를 가진다.
속도 비(R)는, 표준 공정에서 약 3 이지만, 약 3.5가 되도록 이 비를 증가시키는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
크림프된 생성물은 그 다음에 이것의 열처리를 위해 오븐(314) 안으로 주입된다. 이 생성물은 오븐에서 그 입구로부터 압축부(315)에 의해 그 최종 두께(e)로 유지된다.
마지막 두 컨베이어(312,313) 사이의 높이(H)는, 오븐을 떠나는 생성물이 가져야 하는 최종 두께(e)에 의존한다. 표준 공정에서 비(H/e)는 1.2 이지만, 이것이 증가되는, 그리고 1.5를 초과하는, 바람직하게는 1.6 인 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
표준 크림핑 특징, 즉 R = 3 및 H/e = 1.2는 섬유가 무질서하고 다중 방향으 로 배향되고 생성물의 두께에 의존하는 다양한 루프를 형성하는(도 5) 크림프된 생성물(1)을 생성한다.
상술한 바람직한 크림핑 특징, 즉 R = 3.5 및 H/e = 1.6은 섬유가 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 특별한 방식으로, 더 자세히는 셰브론의 방식으로 사실상 V-모양 프로파일 분포로(점선이 도면에 추가되었다) 배향된 생성물(1)을 얻는 것을 가능하게 하고, V는 크림프된 생성물의 전체 두께에 걸쳐서 확장하고 V의 첨단은 사실상 블랭킷의 이동 방향에 평행한 직선을 따라서 놓인다.
놀랍게도, 우리가 나머지 설명에서 볼 것과 같이, 표준 크림핑 배열을 가진 구조는 본 발명에 따라서 생산된 샌드위치 구조의 경우에, 샌드위치 구조를 위해 의도된 내부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 크림프되지 않은 생성물 사용의 현재 상업상 실제와 비교해서 만족스러운 결과를 제공하지만, 압축 강도 및 전단 강도에 관한 샌드위치 구조의 성능 특징은 이러한 특별한 크림핑 배열로 표준 크림핑 배열을 가진 것보다 심지어 더 우수하다는 것이 증명되었다.
일단 크림프된 생성물(1)이 샌드위치 구조로 결합되었다면, 섬유 분포의 V-모양 프로파일은 그 다음에 사실상 외장부(21,22)의 표면에 평행하고(도 2), V는 박막의 전체 폭 위로 확장하고, V의 첨단은 사실상 정렬된다. 이러한 V-모양 프로파일을 단지 외장부에 평행한 평면에서 코어의 평면도 및 단면도로만 볼 수 있다.
V-프로파일 섬유 분포는 박막의 전체 높이에 걸쳐서(도 3), 그리고 결과적으로 샌드위치 구조의 코어의 전체 두께에 걸쳐서 스택 층에 배열된다.
따라서, 내부 원심 분리에 의한 섬유의 형성을 후속하는 크림핑 단계는, 특 히 기존 판넬의 밀도보다 더 작은 65 kg/m3의 밀도를 가지고, 따라서 예로 외부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 생성물로부터 제조된 참조 번호 PAROC 75C 또는 50C를 가진 Paroc Oy로부터 판매되는 판넬보다 가볍지만, 이것만큼 효과적이고, 심지어 더 효과적인 압축 강도 및 전단 강도를 여전히 달성하는 샌드위치 구조 또는 판넬을 제조하는 것을 가능하게 한다.
다른 샌드위치 구조의 코어와 본 발명의 두 샌드위치 구조의 코어를 비교하는 테이블이 아래에 설명된다. 이러한 테이블은 섬유가 내부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어졌던 후 섬유의 크림핑의 이점을 증명한다.
예 1 내지 예 4는 샌드위치 구조 및 판넬을 위한 코어 시험편(80 mm의 두께를 가진)에 해당한다. 코어의 밀도, 코어의 압축 강도, 코어의 전단 강도 및 코어의 열전도도( λ)가 주어진다.
예 1(Ex 1)은 내부 원심 분리 및 상술한 크림핑에 의해 따라서 얻어진 유리 섬유의 블랭킷으로부터 본 발명에 따라서 제조되고, 바람직한 크림핑 특징(R = 3.5 및 H/e = 1.6)을 가진 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어에 해당하고, 섬유 분포는 V-모양 프로파일을 가진다.
예 1a(Ex 1a)는 내부 원심 분리 및 상술한 크림핑에 의해 따라서 얻어진 유리 섬유의 블랭킷으로부터 본 발명에 따라서 제조되고, 표준 크림핑 특징(R = 3 및 H/e = 1.2)을 가진 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어에 해당한다.
예 2(Ex 2)는 Rannila에 의해 판매되고 크림핑 없이 내부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진 유리 섬유의 블랭킷으로부터 제조된 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어에 해당하고, 이 유리 섬유는 Isover Oy에 의해 판매된다.
예 3 및 예 4(Ex3 및 Ex4)는, 본 발명에 따라서 제조된 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어와 비교 테스트를 수행하기 위해, 본 출원을 목적으로 출원자에 의해 특히 제조된 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어에 해당한다. 이것은 크림핑 없이 내부 원심 분리에 의해 얻어진 유리 섬유의 블랭킷으로부터 제조된 판넬이다. 이것은, 따라서 단지 밀도만 변하고 이것의 제조에서 예 2와 유사하다.
이러한 예를 위한 측정은, 외장부가 코어에 연결되기 전 샌드위치 판넬의 코어의 박막 위에서 얻어졌고, 이러한 박막은 최종 구조에서 배열된 것과 같이 위치한다(박막의 절단 동안 블랭킷의 정지 평면에 대해 90°회전).
압축 강도 측정은 1 dm2의 시험편에 대해 EN 826 규격을 따라서 수행되었다.
전단 강도 측정은 길이 200 mm의 박막의 시험편에 대해 EN 12090 표준에 따라서 수행되었다.
열전도도 측정은, 서로 고정된 다수의 박막으로부터 만들어진 600 mm ×600 mm 시험편에 대해 EN 3162 규격에 따라서 수행되었다.
예 5 및 예 6은 각각 상표명 PAROC 50C(예 5) 및 PAROC 75C(예 6)로 Paroc Oy에 의해 제조되고, 코어를 위해 두 개의 서로 다른 각각의 밀도를 가진 샌드위치 판넬을 위한 코어에 해당한다. 코어는, 본 발명의 경우에서와 같은 내부 원심 분리가 아닌, 외부 원심 분리 및 크림핑 공정에 의해 얻어진 암면 섬유 블랭킷으로부터 제조되었다.
이러한 예의 압축 강도, 전단 강도 및 열 전도도는, 제조사 "Paroc Oy Panel Systems, Finland"로부터 "외부 벽, 파티션 및 천장용 PAROC 샌드위치 판넬" 생산품을 위한 발행물 "CERTIFICATE No. 3/96(발행 날짜: 1996년 9월 30일)"에서 기술된 바와 같이 주어진다.

이 테이블로부터 다음의 결론이 얻어질 수 있다.
- 본 발명에 따라서 제조되고, 따라서 내부 원심 분리 및 크림핑 공정(예 1 및 예 1a)을 사용해서 광물 면으로부터 얻어진 구조의 코어는, 크림핑을 사용하지 않고 내부 원심 공정(예 2 내지 예 4)을 사용해서 광물 면으로부터 제조된 구조보다 압축 강도에 관해 더 우수한 성능을 나타낸다. 또한, 예 1 및 예 1a의 이러한 구조는 더 낮은 밀도의 이점을 가진다. 최종적으로, 동등한 밀도에 대해(예 1 및 예 4), 본 발명의 크림프된 생성물에 대한 바람직한 크림핑 특징을 가진 전단 강도는 크림프되지 않은 생성물의 전단 강도와 같이 우수하게 유지되지만. 압축 강도는 사실상 증가한다.
- 본 발명에 따라서 제조되고, 내부 원심 분리 및 크림핑 공정(특히 예 1)을 사용해서 광물 면으로부터 얻어진 구조의 코어는, 크림핑을 수반한 외부 원심 분리 공정을 사용하고 더 높은 밀도(예 5 및 예 6)를 가진 광물 울로부터 제조된 구조보 다 압축 강도 및 전단 강도에 대해 더 우수한 성능을 나타낸다.
- 본 발명의 구조의 코어는 따라서 유리하게는 압축 강도 및 전단 강도에 관해서 동등한 성능을 위해 특히 시장에 존재할 수 있는 구조의 코어(예 6과 비교된 예 1)보다 더 낮은 밀도를 가진다. 이것은 또한 열전도도의 감소(예 6의 경우에 45 mW/m·K에서 예 1의 경우에 40.5 mW/m·K로)에 의한 향상된 열적 성능을 야기한다.
본 발명의 광물-섬유 기초 샌드위치 구조 및 이것의 생산을 위한 방법은 외부 벽, 파티션 및 천장용 등의 샌드위치 판넬에 산업상 이용 가능하다.
Claims (16)
- 코어(core)(20) 및 상기 코어가 사이에 위치한 두 외장부(facing)(21,22)를 포함하는 샌드위치 구조(2)로서,상기 코어(20)는 고온 기체 흐름에 의한 감쇠(attenuation)와 결합된 내부 원심 분리를 수반하는 공정에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유를 기초로 하는 생성물(1)로부터 형성되는 샌드위치 구조(2)에 있어서,상기 광물 섬유는 크림프되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장부(21,22)의 표면에 사실상 평행한 부분 위의 상기 섬유 분포는 사실상 V-모양 프로파일을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 외장부의 주 확장부(main extension)를 따라서 확장하는 다수의 병렬된 박막(lamella)(25)을 포함하고, 상기 박막은 크림프된 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 상기 생성물(1)로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 분포의 상기 V-모양 프로파일은 상기 박막의 전체 폭에 걸쳐 확장하고 상기 V의 첨단(tip)은 사실상 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하 는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샌드위치 구조의 밀도는 최대 80 kg/m3, 바람직하게는 50 내지 70 kg/m3인 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샌드위치 구조는 적어도 60 kPa의 압축 강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샌드위치 구조는 적어도 60 kPa의 전단 강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광물 섬유는 중량비로 다음의 유리 조성으로부터 얻어지고,
SiO2 57 내지 70% Al2O3 0 내지 5% CaO 5 내지 10% MgO 0 내지 5% Na2O + K2O 13 내지 18% B2O3 2 내지 12% F 0 내지 1.5% P2O5 0 내지 4 % 불순물 < 2 % 알루미나의 중량 백분율이 1 % 이상일 때 0.1 중량%를 초과하는 오산화 인 (phosphorus pentoxide)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광물 섬유는 mol%로 다음의 유리 조성으로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
SiO2 55 내지 70 B2O3 0 내지 5 Al2O3 0 내지 3 TiO2 0 내지 6 산화 철 0 내지 2 MgO 0 내지 5 CaO 8 내지 24 Na2O 10 내지 20 K2O 0 내지 5 플루오르화물 0 내지 2 - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광물 섬유는 중량 백분율로 다음의 유리 조성으로부터 얻어지고, 상기 알루미나 함유량은 바람직하게는 16 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지붕, 파티션 또는 벽-피복재(wall-cladding) 판넬 타입의 열 및/또는 음향 차단 판넬로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 샌드위치 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구조를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,- 평면(P) 위로 내부 원심 분리 공정에 의해 얻어진 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 생성물(1)을 사출(delivering)하는 단계와,- 상기 생성물(1)을 크림핑하는 단계와,- 상기 크림프된 생성물을 박막(25)으로, 바람직하게는 상기 크림프된 생성물의 가장 큰 길이를 따라서 절단하는 단계와,- 상기 박막(25)을 상기 평면(P)에 대해서 90°회전시키는 단계와,- 상기 박막을 병렬시키고 두 외장부(21,22) 사이에 박막을 조립하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물(1)의 상기 섬유는 적어도 제 1 쌍(310,311) 및 제 2 쌍(312,313)의 컨베이어를 포함하는 크림핑 유닛(31)에 의해서 크림프되 고, 상기 생성물은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 쌍의 컨베이어 사이에서 길이 방향으로 및 상기 생성물의 두께로 압축되기 위해 사이에 상기 생성물이 이동하고 , 상기 컨베이어는 각각 V1 및 V2의 속도를 가지고, 상기 속도의 비(R = V1/V2)는 3 이상, 및 바람직하게는 3.5 이고, 또한 압축 수단(315)은 상기 생성물을 상기 생성물의 최종 두께로(e)로 감소시키고, 비(H/e)는 1.2 이상, 및 바람직하게는 1.6 이고, H는 상기 제 2 쌍(312,313)의 컨베이어 사이의 높이에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법.
