- 내연(內燃)엔진으로부터의 동력을 입력하는 입력축과,상기 입력축과 1축 상에 정렬하여 배치되며 또한 구동차륜에 연동하는 출력축과,상기 1축 상에 배치되고, 스테이터와 로터를 가지는 제1 전기모터와,상기 1축 상에 배치되고, 상기 입력축에 연결하는 제1 회전요소와, 상기 제1 전기모터의 로터에 연결하는 제2 회전요소와, 상기 출력축에 연결하는 제3 회전요소를 가지는 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어와,상기 1축 상에 배치되고, 스테이터와 로터를 가지는 제2 전기모터와,상기 1축 상에 배치되고, 상기 제2 전기모터의 로터의 회전을 변속하여 상기 출력축에 전달하는 변속장치,를 구비하고,상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어, 상기 제2 전기모터, 및 상기 변속장치를, 케이스부재에 수납함과 함께, 상기 1축 상에 정렬하여 배치하며, 또한 상기 케이스부재에 상기 제1 전기모터 및 상기 제2 전기모터의 상기 스테이터를 고정하고,상기 제1 전기모터와 상기 제2 전기모터가 상기 1축 상에서 인접하도록, 상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어, 상기 제2 전기모터, 및 상기 변속장치를 상기 1축 상에 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 케이스부재를, 복수로 분할된 분할케이스를 축방향으로 접속하여 일체화하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 전기모터를 1개의 상기 분할케이스에 수납하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 케이스부재는, 상기 변속장치 및 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어를 수납하는 부분에 분할케이스의 접합부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 전기모터가 수납되는 상기 분할케이스를, 격벽부재에 의해서 상기 내연엔진에 가까운 앞쪽 부분과, 뒷쪽 부분으로 분할함과 함께, 상기 앞쪽 부분에 있어서의 모터 수납부의 직경방향의 치수를, 상기 뒷쪽 부분에 있어서의 모터 수납부의 직경방향의 치수보다도 크게 설정하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1 전기모터의 로터 및 상기 제2 전기모터의 로터는 각각 양측을 상기 케이스부재로부터 뻗은 격벽에 베어링부재를 개재하여 지지되고,상기 제1 전기모터와 상기 제2 전기모터 사이의 격벽은 공통화됨과 함께, 상기 제1 전기모터의 로터 및 상기 제2 전기모터의 로터를 지지하는 베어링부재를 각각 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 입력축은 상기 입력축 외주면에 설치된 베어링부재를 개재하여 상기 제1 전기모터의 로터 내주면에 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내연엔진에 가까운 측에서부터 차례로, 상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 제2 전기모터, 상기 변속장치, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 입력축을 상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 제2 전기모터, 상기 변속장치의 내주를 통하여 상기 제1 회전요소에 연결하고, 상기 변속장치의 출력요소를 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 외주를 통하여 상기 출력축에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어는, 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어로 구성되고,상기 입력축을 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 내주를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어의 뒷쪽에 연결하고,상기 출력축을 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 링기어를 개재하여 상기 변속장치의 출력요소에 연결하고,상기 제1 전기모터의 로터를 상기 제2 전기모터, 및 상기 변속장치의 내주를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어는, 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어로 구성되고,상기 입력축을 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어의 상기 변속장치 측에 연결하고,상기 출력축을 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 연결함과 함께, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 외주를 통하여 상기 변속장치의 출력요소에 연결하고,상기 제1 전기모터의 로터를 상기 제2 전기모터, 및 상기 변속장치의 내주를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 링기어에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어는, 더블 피니언 플래니터리 기어로 구성되고,상기 입력축을 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 뒷쪽을 통하여 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 링기어에 연결하고,상기 출력축을 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 외주를 통하여 상기 더블 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어의 상기 변속장치 측, 및 상기 변속장치의 출력요소에 연결하고,상기 제1 전기모터의 로터를 상기 제2 전기모터, 및 상기 변속장치의 내주를 통하여 상기 더블 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.

- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 입력축을 상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 제2 전기모터의 내주를 통하여 상기 제1 회전요소에 연결하고, 상기 제2 전기모터의 로터를 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 외주를 통하여 상기 변속장치에 연결하고, 상기 출력축을 상기 변속장치의 출력요소에 연결함과 함께, 상기 변속장치의 내주를 통하여 상기 제3 회전요소에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어는, 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어로 구성되고,상기 입력축을 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 내주를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어의 상기 변속장치 측에 연결하고,상기 출력축을 상기 변속장치의 출력요소에 연결함과 함께, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어와 상기 변속장치 사이를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 링기어에 연결하고,상기 제1 전기모터의 로터를 상기 제2 전기모터의 내주를 통하여 상기 싱글 피니언 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 연결하고,상기 제2 전기모터의 로터를 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어의 외주를 통하여 상기 변속장치의 입력요소에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.

- 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 변속장치의 플래니터리 기어는, 라비뇨식 플래니터리 기어로 구성되고, 상기 라비뇨식 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어를 상기 출력축에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
