Claims (15)
- 단일부위 촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합에 의해 생산되고 에틸렌에 대한 공단량체로서 2종 이상의 C4 -12 알파-올레핀을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 코팅물을 갖는 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 부트-1-엔, 헥스-1-엔, 4-메틸-펜트-1-엔, 헵트-1-엔, 옥트-1-엔 및 데크-1-엔으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 알파-올레핀을 에틸렌에 대한 공단량체로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 에틸렌 부텐 공중합체 및 에틸렌 헥센 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은,a) 에틸렌과 부트-1-엔의 저분자량 공중합체; 및b) 에틸렌과 C5 내지 C12 알파-올레핀의 고분자량 공중합체를 포함하는 바이모달(bimodal) 삼량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은,a') 에틸렌과 C4 내지 C12 알파-올레핀의 2성분 공중합체인 저분자량 중합체; 및b') 상기 성분 a')의 저분자량 중합체가 에틸렌과 C5 내지 C12 알파-올레핀의 2성분 공중합체인 경우에 에틸렌과 부트-1-엔의 2성분 공중합체이거나, 에틸렌, 부트-1-엔 및 C5 내지 C12 알파-올레핀의 삼량체인 고분자량 중합체를 포함하는 바이모달 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 MWD가 3 내지 6이고, MFR2가 5 내지 20g/l0분이고, 밀도가 905 내지 930㎏/㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 30℃ 이상의 온도 범위에 걸쳐서 2N/25.4㎜ 미만으로 변하는 열밀봉력(heat sealing force)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅물은 LDPE를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 LDPE는 상기 코팅물의 15 내지 35중량%를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다중 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기재는 종이, 마분지, 폴리에스테르 필름, 셀로판, 폴리아미드 필름, 폴리프로필렌 필름, 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름 또는 알루미늄 호일인 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출 코팅된 기재.
- 단일부위 촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합에 의해 생산되고, 압출 코팅에서 또는 캐스트 필름의 형성을 위해 에틸렌에 대한 공단량체로서 2종 이상의 C4 -12 알파-올레핀을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌의 용도.
- 단일부위 촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합에 의해 생산되고 에틸렌에 대한 공단량체로서 2종 이상의 C4 -12 알파-올레핀을 포함하여 중합체 용융물을 형성하는 폴리에틸렌을 압출하는 단계, 및 상기 용융물로 기재를 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 코팅물의 압출 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 순환 반응기(loop 반응기)에 이어 기체상 반응기(gas phase 반응기)를 포함하는 2단계 공정으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅물의 압출 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 압출 이전에 LDPE와 블렌딩(blending)되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅물의 압출 방법.
