Claims (3)
- 배터리에 연결되는 단자(B+, B-)와 충전기에 연결되는 단자(P+, P-) 사이에 구성하되, 상기 배터리의 충방전을 제어하는 스위칭부(11)를 포함하는 피씨엠(10)이 포함되어 구성됨에 있어서,온도를 감지하는 감지부(20)와,상기 감지부(20)에서 감지된 온도에 따라 상기 스위칭부(11)를 제어하는 제어부(30)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 과열방지회로가 내장된 배터리팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 감지부(20)는,하나 이상의 트랜지스터로 구성되며, 상기 하나 이상의 트랜지스터가 정전류원으로 동작함에 있어, 온도가 상승하면 인가되는 전압이 낮아지고, 온도가 하강하면 인가되는 전압이 높아지도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과열방지회로가 내장된 배터리팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어부(30)는,상기 감지부(20)에서 감지된 온도에 따른 출력전압을 반전입력단으로 입력받는 제1오피엠프(31)와,상기 감지부(20)에서 감지된 온도에 따른 출력전압을 비반전입력단으로 입력받는 제2오피엠프(32) 및상기 제1오피엠프(31)의 출력신호를 알(R)단으로 입력받고, 상기 제2오피엠프(32)의 출력신호를 에스(S)단으로 입력받으며, 출력값으로 스위칭부(11)의 온오프동작을 제어하는 알에스플리플롭(33)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 과열방지회로가 내장된 배터리팩.
