Claims (4)
- 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 평판형 압연 반제품으로서,상기 알루미늄 합금은, 중량%로,2 ≤ Mg ≤5,Mn ≤ 0.5,Cr ≤ 0.35,Si ≤ 0.4,Fe ≤ 0.4,Cu ≤ 0.3,Zn ≤ 0.3,Ti ≤ 0.15,기타 성분 : 총합으로는 최대 0.15 이고, 개별적으로는 최대 0.05, 및잔부 : 알루미늄인 합금비로 되어 있고,반제품이, 주괴(4)로부터 압연되며, 각 배치로(7, 9) 내에서 압연 공정 중에 두 냉연 패스 사이에 최소한 1회의 중간 연화 어닐링과 1회의 최종 연화 어닐링을 받게 되는 알루미늄 합금 평판형 압연 반제품에 있어서,최초 중간 연화 어닐링 이전의 변형률은 최소한 50%이고, 최종 연화 어닐링 이전의 변형률은 30% 이하이며, 최종 연화 어닐링 이후에 0.1% ~ 0.5%로 연신 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,최종 연화 어닐링 이후에 0.2% ~ 0.5%로 연신 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형 압연 반제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,코일 코팅 공정을 이용하여 추후에 적용된 코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형 압연 반제품.
- 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 평판형 압연 반제품의 제조 방법으로서,상기 알루미늄 합금은, 중량%로,2 ≤ Mg ≤5,Mn ≤ 0.5,Cr ≤ 0.35,Si ≤ 0.4,Fe ≤ 0.4,Cu ≤ 0.3,Zn ≤ 0.3,Ti ≤ 0.15,기타 성분 : 총합으로는 최대 0.15 이고, 개별적으로는 최대 0.05, 및잔부 : 알루미늄인 합금비로 되어 있고,반제품이, 주괴(4)로부터 압연되며, 각 배치로(7, 9) 내에서 압연 공정 중에 두 냉연 패스 사이에 최소한 1회의 중간 연화 어닐링과 1회의 최종 연화 어닐링을 받게 되는 알루미늄 합금 평판형 압연 반제품의 제조 방법에 있어서,최초 중간 연화 어닐링 이전의 변형률은 최소한 50%이며, 최종 연화 어닐링 이전의 변형률은 30% 이하이고, 최종 연화 어닐링 이후에 0.1% ~ 0.5%로 연신 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
