Claims (6)
- 다이 플레이트, 드라이브 회전 커터 블레이트 허브, 커터 블레이트, 워터 박스 및 분리된 유수 가이드를 포함하는 수중 펠렛제조기로서, 상기 다이플레이트는 다이 페이스에서 종결되는 압출 오리피스를 갖고, 상기 드라이브 회전 커터 블레이트 허브는 상기 다이페이스에 대향적으로 위치하도록 지지되어 있으며, 상기 커터 블레이트는 상기 블레이드 허브에 장착되고 상기 다이페이스에 대체로 평행하고 가까이 인접한 면으로 이동하여 오리피스를 통해 압출되는 재료의 가닥을 절단하며, 상기 워터박스는 상기 다이페이스, 커터 블레이트허브 및 커터 블레이트를 둘러싸고 워터박스내로 물이 흐르도록 하는 입구 및 물 슬러리와 물에 함께 이끌리는 펠렛이 방출되도록 하는 출구를 포함하며, 상기 분리된 유수 가이드는 상기 워터박스 안에 위치하여 물과 펠렛이 상기 워터박스를 통하여 흐르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수중 펠렛제조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유수 가이드는 외부표면을 갖는 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 외부표면은 적어도 하나의 축방향 홈을 가져 축방향 유동경로가 확보되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는수중 펠렛제조기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유수 가이드는 워터박스의 내부표면에 동심원적으로 꼭 맞물리도는 외부표면을 갖는 부재를 포함하고, 상기 부재의 외부표면은 워터박스의 입구과 일직선상에 있는 축방향 홈과 워터박스 출구와 일직선상에 있는 축방향 홈을 포함하고, 상기 홈의 각각은 다이페이스에 인접한 개방말단을 포함하여 유입되는 물을 축방향으로 다이페이스로 향하게 하고 펠릿 슬러리와 물을 축방향으로 위터박스 출구로 향하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는수중 펠렛제조기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 홈은 정반대로 향해 있고, 커터 블레이트 허브의 회전축에 평행한 축방향 홈의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는수중 펠렛제조기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 홈의 각각은 궁형의 곡선을 이루는 내부 말단을 포함하여, 워터박스 안 으로의 물의 방사상 흐름을 축방향 흐름으로 바꾸고, 물과 펠릿 슬러리의 축방향 흐름을 방사상 흐름으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는수중 펠렛제조기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 부재의 자유말단은 부재의 긴 상층 말단 부위로부터 보다 짧은 하층 말단 부위로 아래로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는수중 펠렛제조기.
