Claims (4)
- 작동 압력과 대기 압력 사이의 압력 변화 상태에서 진공 설비를 작동하는 방법으로서, 상기 진공 챔버(V)는 그룹 전자 부품, 트랜스포머, 모터, 롤러 베어링 및 안내 롤러로부터의 설치 부재(12, 13, 13a, 24)를 포함하며, 상기 설치 부재는 통기가능한 덮개를 구비하며, 상기 안내 롤러(12)는 롤러 베어링(24)을 구비하며, 상기 롤러 베어링은 지지 본체(7, 8) 상에서 상기 덮개 내에 유지되는 진공 설비 작동 방법에 있어서, 진공 챔버(V)의 플러딩에 앞서서, 가스가 상기 덮개 내로 도입되며, 이를 통해 그룹 분진 및 기타 입자로부터의 고체 본체가 덮개로부터 송풍되며, 상기 고체 본체가 덮개 내로 침투하는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 설비 작동 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개들은 중공 롤러들 또는 롤러 세그먼트(12)를 포함하고, 상기 롤러들 또는 롤러 세그먼트 내에는 내측 레이스(24a) 및 외측 레이스(24b)를 구비한 롤러 베어링(24)이 위치되고, 가스가 내측 레이스(24a)와 외측 레이스(24b) 사이의 환형 갭을 통해 송풍되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 설비 작동 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 하나 이상에 있어서, 상기 진공 챔버(v)의 전체 플러딩 프로세스 중에, 가스가 상기 덮개를 통해 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 설비 작동 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 하나 이상에 있어서, 상기 공기의 공급량이 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 설비 작동 방법.
