と特に有利である。
Claims (4)
- 運転圧と周辺圧との間の圧力変化を伴う真空装置を運転するための方法であって、該真空装置が、真空チャンバ(V)内に、電子装置構成部材、変圧器、モータ、転がり軸受けおよびガイドロールのグループから成る組込み部材(12,13,13a,24)を有しており、該組込み部材(12,13,13a,24)が、通気可能な被覆体を備えており、この場合、ガイドロール(12)が、転がり軸受け(24)を備えており、該転がり軸受け(24)が、被覆体の内部で支持体(7,8)に保持されている形式の、運転圧と周辺圧との間の圧力変化を伴う真空装置を運転するための方法において、真空チャンバ(V)のフラッディング前に被覆体内にガスを導入し、該ガスによって、ダストおよびパーティクルのグループから成る固形物を被覆体から吹き出させ、該被覆体内への固形物の侵入を阻止することを特徴とする、運転圧と周辺圧との間の圧力変化を伴う真空装置を運転するための方法。
- 被覆体が、中空のロールもしくはロール区分(12)から成っており、該ロール区分(12)内に、インナレース(24a)とアウタレース(24b)とを備えた転がり軸受け(24)が位置しており、ガスをインナレース(24a)とアウタレース(24b)との間の環状ギャップに吹き通す、請求項1記載の方法。
- ガスを真空チャンバ(V)の全フラッディング過程の間に被覆体を通して案内する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 供給されるガス量を調整する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
