Claims (9)
- (a) 열가소성 수지 용융물을 기상 중에 다이로부터 스트랜드상으로 압출하는 공정,(b) 그 스트랜드를 물과 계면활성제를 포함하는 욕에 침지시켜 냉각하는 공정,(c) 그 냉각된 스트랜드를 그 욕에서 꺼내는 공정, 및(d) 그 꺼낸 스트랜드를 입자형으로 절단하는 공정,으로 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 물 100중량부당 0.1중량부 이하로 존재하는 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 욕의 온도가 60℃ 이하인 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제인 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 꺼낸 스트랜드가 공정 (d) 전에 수성액으로 세정되는 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 (a) 가, 오리피스 수 n 및 배럴 직경 I (㎝) 를 가진 압출기를 사용하여 하기 식으로 정의되는 오리피스 1개당 토출량 M 및 토출 밸런스 B 를 각각 0.5(㎏/hr) 미만 및 0.5(㎏/(hrㆍ㎠)) 이상으로 유지하면서 상기 용융물이 W(㎏/hr) 의 속도로 압출되도록 실시되는 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.M = W/nB = W/I2
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정 (d) 가, 얻어지는 펠릿 1개의 평균중량이 1㎎ 이하가 되도록 실시되는 열가소성 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 방법에 의해 얻어진 원주형 수지 입자로서, 그 수지 입자의 직경 (D) 에 대한 길이 (L) 의 비 (L/D) 가 1 을 초과하고 5 이하인 열가소성 수지 입자.
- 제 8 항의 열가소성 수지 입자를 겉보기 밀도로 10∼600g/ℓ로 발포시킨 발포 입자.
