Claims (6)
- 클린 룸에서 구획프레임으로 형성된 시스템 천장의 구획프레임에 탑재된 각각의 팬 하우징에 필터와 팬을 조합하여 일체화한 팬 필터 유닛에 있어서, 상기 팬의 하부 주위에 대하여 그의 상면을 타고 방사상 외향 유동하는 유속이 편향되어 충격파가 생겨 그의 끝단에서 경계층과 상호 작용하여 생기는 유동 박리로 인해 그의 하류에 충격파가 발생하는 것을 규제하도록 그 끝단이 상향 절곡된 정압용 절곡부를 적어도 2 방향에 가지는 평판형 팬 가이드가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정압용 절곡부는 상기 팬 가이드의 끝단에서 1차적으로 경사 절곡된 제1 절곡부와, 상기 제1 절곡부에서 수직방향으로 상향 절곡 형성된 제2 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 정압용 절곡부는 상기 제2 절곡부로부터 상기 팬모터 방향을 향해 절곡된 제3 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 팬 가이드의 4방향 절곡부의 사이에는 소정의 간극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 팬 가이드의 단부들의 상단 상측은 사방향 가이드들에 의해 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 사방향 가이드들 중에서 상기 팬 가이드의 단부와 팬 하우징의 내벽 사이의 거리가 평균 이하인 곳에 배치된 사방향 가이드에는 바람유도구가 관통 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
