Claims (6)
- 클린 룸에서 직교 배열형 프레임으로 형성된 시스템 천장의 직교 배열형 프레임에 탑재된 각각의 팬 하우징에 필터와 팬과, 이 팬으로부터 토출되는 기류의 상부를 가이드하기 위한 상부 팬 가이드를 조합하여 일체화한 팬 필터 유닛에 있어서,상기 상부 팬 가이드의 하부에 간격져 수평배열된 하부 팬 가이드로서, 상기 팬의 하부 주위에 대하여 하부 팬 가이드의 상면을 타고 방사상 외향 유동하는 유속이 편향되어 충격파가 생겨 하부 팬 가이드의 끝단에서 경계층과 상호 작용하여 생기는 유동 박리로 인해 하부 팬 가이드의 하류에 충격파가 발생하는 것을 규제하도록 팬 가이드의 끝단이 상향 절곡된 정압용 절곡부를 적어도 2 방향에 가지는 하부 팬 가이드가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정압용 절곡부는 상기 하부 팬 가이드의 끝단에서 1차적으로 경사 절곡된 제1 절곡부와, 상기 제1 절곡부에서 수직방향으로 상향 절곡 형성된 제2 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 정압용 절곡부는 상기 제2 절곡부로부터 상기 팬모터 방향을 향해 절곡된 제3 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부 팬 가이드의 경사방향 절곡부의 사이에는 소정의 간극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부 팬 가이드의 단부들의 상단 상측은 상기 상부 팬 가이드들에 의해 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 하부 팬 가이드들 중에서 상기 팬 가이드의 단부와 팬 하우징의 내벽 사이에 배치된 하부 팬 가이드에는 바람유도구가 관통 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
