Description

水洗空气装置、空调室内机和空调 技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,特别是涉及一种水洗空气装置、空调室内机和空调。
背景技术
水洗空气装置是能够滤除空气中的污染物以提高空气清洁度的装置,水洗空气装置通常应用在空调中或大型净化设备中。水洗空气装置一般是通过过滤或吸附空气中的悬浮微粒、细菌、病毒、真菌等污染物来实现净化。
相较于市面上的静电式、电子集尘式或等离子式空气净化器在净化时生成的负离子容易导致周围的物体产生静电,水洗空气装置由于不会产生静电,且净化效率高,受到用户的喜爱。但相关产品中,水洗空气装置可能会导致净化后的空气扩散不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种水洗空气装置、空调室内机和空调,用于解决空气扩散不均匀的技术问题。
特别地,本发明提供了一种水洗空气装置,其包括:
第一板体,
水洗部,用于清洗通过其的空气,且其具有第一出风口,水洗部和第一出风口均靠近第一板体的横向的第一侧;和
连接通道,与第一出风口连通,并朝向第一板体的横向的第二侧延伸;且在第一板体上形成第二出风口,第二出风口靠近第一侧;连接通道连通于第一出风口与第二出风口之间。
可选地,第二出风口大于第一出风口;且
连接通道朝向第二侧延伸的同时,连接通道的腔体逐渐扩大。
可选地,连接通道包括:
第一侧壁;和
第二侧壁,靠近第二侧,与第一侧壁形成腔体,连接通道朝向第二侧延伸的同时,第二侧壁逐渐朝向第二侧倾斜以形成逐渐扩大的腔体。
可选地,水洗空气装置还包括:
第二板体,其上开设多个匀风孔,所述第二板体盖设于第一板体上,并与第一板体间存在间距以形成扩散通道,扩散通道的延伸方向与第二出风口的出风方向一致。
可选地,从第一侧至第二侧,第二板体与第一板体的间距先均匀增大后均匀减小。
可选地,第一板体的主体形状呈平面状,第二板体的截断面呈圆弧状,以形成扩散通道。
可选地,匀风孔呈阵列排布,且从第一侧至第二侧,匀风孔先均匀增大后均匀减小。
可选地,水洗部包括:

本发明提供的水洗空气装置,其包括第一板体、水洗部和连接通道。水洗部用于清洗通过其的空气,水洗部具有第一出风口,水洗部和第一出风口均靠近第一板体的横向的第一侧。连接通道与第一出风口连通,连接通道朝向第一板体的横向的第二侧延伸,且在第一板体上形成第二出风口,第二出风口靠近第一侧。连接通道连通于第一出风口与第二出风口之间,并用于将经过水洗的空气从第一出风口导引向第二出风口。由此可见,将连接通道设置为朝向第二侧延伸,以将经过水洗的空气尽量向第一板体的中间引导,可使第一板体横向两端出风均匀。

如图1至图3所示,水洗空气装置10包括第一板体100、水洗部200和连接通道300。水洗部200包括风机和水箱,风机类型在此不作具体限定。水箱上可以设置有进风口。风机上可以设置有第一出风口210,用于出风。第一板体100上可以设置有第二出风口130。在风机的作用下,空气依次经过水洗部200、第一出风口210、连接通道300和第二出风口130,并经第二出风口130向外输出。在水洗空气装置10工作时,水箱中的电机可以控制风机的旋转扇叶旋转,旋转扇叶可以将水箱中的水转化成水幕。电机工作时,水洗空气装置10外部的空气可以通过进风口进入水箱中,在空气通过水幕之后,水箱中的空气可以通过第一出风口210排出,从而实现对空气的净化和加湿。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的一种水洗空气装置10, 其包括第一板体100(如图2和图3所示)、水洗部200和连接通道300。水洗部200用于清洗通过其的空气。水洗部200具有第一出风口210,水洗部200及其第一出风口210均靠近第一板体100的横向的第一侧120。在本实施例中,第一板体100横向的两端分别称为第一板体100的横向的第一侧120和第一板体100的横向的第二侧110,也即第一侧120和第二侧110相对设置,第一侧120是相对第二侧110而言,没有先后顺序。水洗部200及其第一出风口210均靠近第一板体100的第一侧120是受水洗空气装置10内部空间的限制,有利于节约水洗空气装置10的内部空间。
连接通道300与第一出风口210连通,并朝向第一板体100的横向的第二侧110延伸。且在第一板体100上形成第二出风口130,第二出风口130靠近第一侧120。连接通道300连通于第一出风口210与第二出风口130之间。连接通道300用于供经过水洗的空气从第一出风口210流向第二出风口130。将连接通道300设置为朝向第二侧110延伸,以将经过水洗的空气尽量向第一板体100的中间引导,可使第一板体100横向两端出风均匀。虽然,连接通道300朝向第二侧110延伸,但是,受到水洗空气装置10内部空间的限制,第二出风口130也靠近第一侧120。
由此可见,连接通道300朝向第二侧110延伸,以将经过水洗的空气尽量向第一板体100的中间引导,以使第一板体100横向两端出风均匀。
在一些实施例中,如图1至图3所示,第二出风口130大于第一出风口210;连接通道300朝向第二侧110延伸的同时,连接通道300的腔体逐渐扩大。腔体逐渐扩大的连接通道300,用于使空气在连接通道300内逐渐向第二侧110扩散,用于使空气在第二出风口130处达到均匀的状态,以使第二出风口130出风均匀。

基于上述实施例,本发明的一个实施例提供的水洗空气装置10还可以进一步地包括第二板体400,如图4所示,本实施例的水洗空气装置10包括第一板体100、水洗部200、连接通道300和第二板体400。水洗部200包括风机,风机类型在此不作具体限定。第二板体400上开设有匀风孔410。在风机的作用下,空气依次经过水洗部200、第一出风口210、连接通道300、第二出风口130和第二板体400上的匀风孔410,并经匀风孔410向外输出。
如图5所示,第二板体400开设多个匀风孔410。如图6所示,第二板体400盖设于第一板体100上,第二板体400与第一板体100间存在间距以形成扩散通道600,扩散通道600的延伸方向与第二出风口130的出风方向一致。扩散通道600是密闭的,仅与第二出风口130和匀风孔410连通。密闭的扩散通道600可以阻止经过水洗的空气与外界空气的混合,也可以在扩散通道600内形成一定的气压。扩散通道600用于使空气在其内进一步向第二侧110扩散以使空气在横向两侧达到出风平衡。
扩散通道600具体的密闭方式不作具体限定。例如,如图7和图8所示,水洗空气装置10还可以进一步地包括密封板500,密封板500位于第一板体100和第二板体400之间,密封板500具有和第二出风口130一样大的开口。图8中,密封板500的上下边缘均朝向第二板体400伸出凸台(这里的上下仅仅是图示中的上下),凸台与扩散通道600的开口相适配,也即,上下凸台分别覆盖扩散通道600的开口处。很显然,这仅仅是密闭扩散通道600的一种方式。
在一些实施方式中,如图6所示,从第一侧120至第二侧110,第二板体400与第一板体100的间距先均匀增大后均匀减小,也即,沿着第二出风口130的出风方向,扩散通道600的长度先增大后减小。扩散通道600的长度方向是指图6所在纸面的横向方向。气体是从第二出风口130向第二侧110扩散的,第二板体400与第一板体100的间距先均匀增大后均匀减小有利于保证扩散通道600内气压尽量一致,以保证横向两侧出风均匀。
在一些实施方式中,如图6所示,第一板体100的主体形状呈平面状,第二板体400的截断面形状呈现圆弧状以形成扩散通道600。这种依靠第一板体100和第二板体400的形状形成的扩散通道600,结构简单紧凑。
在一些实施方式中,匀风孔410呈阵列排布,且从第一侧120至第二侧110,匀风孔410先均匀增大后均匀减小。气体是从第二出风口130向第二侧110扩散的,所以,匀风孔410呈阵列排布,且从第一侧120至第二侧110,匀风孔410先均匀增大后均匀减小,有利于进一步保证横向两侧出风均匀。
在一些实施例中,水洗部200包括水箱(未示出),水箱靠近第一侧120;第一出风口210与第二出风口130位于水箱的上方。水箱、第一出风口210与第二出风口130的相互位置关系,有利于水洗空气装置10结构紧凑。水箱可以采用本领域技术人员所习知的结构,并且可以设置于风机的上游,因此附图中未作标记。

    连接通道,与所述第一出风口连通,并朝向所述第一板体的横向的第二侧延伸;且在所述第一板体上形成第二出风口,所述第二出风口靠近所述第一侧;所述连接通道连通于所述第一出风口与所述第二出风口之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    所述第二出风口大于所述第一出风口;且
    所述连接通道朝向所述第二侧延伸的同时,所述连接通道的腔体逐渐扩大。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    所述连接通道包括:
    第一侧壁;和
    第二侧壁,靠近所述第二侧,与所述第一侧壁形成腔体,所述连接通道朝向所述第二侧延伸的同时,所述第二侧壁逐渐朝向所述第二侧倾斜以形成逐渐扩大的所述腔体。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的水洗空气装置,还包括:
    第二板体,其上开设多个匀风孔,所述第二板体盖设于所述第一板体上,并与所述第一板体间存在间距以形成扩散通道,所述扩散通道的延伸方向与所述第二出风口的出风方向一致。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    从所述第一侧至所述第二侧,所述第二板体与所述第一板体的间距先均匀增大后均匀减小。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    所述第一板体的主体形状呈平面状,所述第二板体的截断面呈圆弧状,以形成所述扩散通道。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    所述匀风孔呈阵列排布,且从所述第一侧至所述第二侧,所述匀风孔先均匀增大后均匀减小。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的水洗空气装置,其中,
    所述水洗部包括:水箱,靠近所述第一侧设置;且
    所述第一出风口与所述第二出风口位于所述水箱的上方。
  9. 一种空调室内机,包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的水洗空气装置。
  10. 一种空调,包括室外机和如权利要求9所述的空调室内机。
