Claims (12)
- 동화상을 구성하는 픽쳐의 화소치를 2장의 참조 픽쳐의 화소치에 근거하여 예측하는 방법에 있어서,예측 대상 픽쳐와 제1 참조 픽쳐와의 간격에 대응하는 제1 파라미터를 산출하는 제1 파라미터 산출 스텝과,상기 제1 참조 픽쳐와 제2 참조 픽쳐와의 간격에 대응하는 제2 파라미터를 산출하는 제2 파라미터 산출 스텝과,상기 제1 파라미터 및 상기 제2 파라미터에 근거하여 산출되는 제3 파라미터가 미리 설정된 소정 범위에 포함되는지의 여부를 판단하는 제1 판단 스텝과,상기 제1 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과, 상기 제3 파라미터가 상기 소정 범위에 포함되는 경우 상기 제1 파라미터, 상기 제2 파라미터, 상기 제1 참조 픽쳐 및 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소치에 근거하여 스케일링을 하는 것에 의해 상기 예측 대상 픽쳐의 화소치를 산출하는 제1 예측 스텝과,상기 제1 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과, 상기 제3 파라미터가 상기 소정 범위에 포함되지 않은 경우, 미리 설정된 소정치, 상기 제1 참조 픽쳐 및 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소치에 근거하여 스케일링을 하는 것에 의해 상기 예측 대상 픽쳐의 화소치를 산출하는 제2 예측 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동화상 예측 방법은 또한, 상기 제1 파라미터가 미리 설정된 소정 범위에 포함되는지의 여부를 판단하는 제2 판단 스텝을 포함하고,상기 제2 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과 상기 제1 파라미터가 상기 소정 범위에 포함되지 않는 경우, 상기 제2 예측 스텝에서의 예측을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동화상 예측 방법은 또한, 상기 제2 파라미터가 미리 설정된 소정 범위에 포함되는지의 여부를 판단하는 제3 판단 스텝을 포함하고,상기 제3 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과, 상기 제2 파라미터가 상기 소정 범위에 포함되지 않은 경우, 상기 제2 예측 스텝에서의 예측을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동화상 예측 방법은 또한, 상기 제1 참조 픽쳐가 미리 설정된 소정의 픽쳐인지의 여부를 판단하는 제1 픽쳐 판단 스텝을 포함하고,상기 제1 픽쳐 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과, 상기 제1 참조 픽쳐가 상기 소정의 픽쳐가 아닌 경우에, 상기 제2 예측 스텝에서의 예측을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동화상 예측 방법은 또한, 상기 제2 참조 픽쳐가 미리 설정된 소정의 픽쳐인지의 여부를 판단하는 제2 픽쳐 판단 스텝을 포함하고,상기 제2 픽쳐 판단 스텝에서의 판단 결과, 상기 제2 참조 픽쳐가 상기 소정의 픽쳐가 아닌 경우에, 상기 제2 예측 스텝에서의 예측을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 예측 스텝에서는 상기 제1 파라미터와 상기 제1 파라미터의 역수를 대응시키는 룩업 테이블을 참조하여 상기 스케일링을 함으로써, 상기 예측 대상 픽쳐의 화소치를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 예측 방법.
- 동화상을 부호화하는 방법으로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 스텝과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 부호화하는 부호화 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 부호화 방법.
- 동화상을 부호화하는 장치로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 수단과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 부호화하는 부호화 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 부호화 장치.
- 동화상을 부호화하기 위한 프로그램으로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 스텝과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 부호화하는 부호화 스텝을 컴퓨터에 실행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그램.
- 동화상을 복호화하는 방법으로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 스텝과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 복호화하는 복호화 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 복호화 방법.
- 동화상을 복호화하는 장치로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 수단과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 복호화하는 복호화 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동화상 복호화 장치.
- 동화상을 복호화하기 위한 프로그램으로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항 기재의 동화상 예측 방법에 의해서 화소치를 예측하는 예측 스텝과,상기 예측에 근거하여 동화상의 화소치를 복호화하는 복호화 스텝을 컴퓨터에 실행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그램.
