Description
Claims (6)
- 제1 및 제2 파장의 반도체 레이저를 각각 발진하는 제1 및 제2 반도체 레이저 발진수단;상기 제1 및 제2 반도체 레이저 발진수단에서 발진된 각 레이저가 전송되는 제1 및 제2 광섬유;상기 제1 및 제2 광섬유를 통해 각각 전송된 레이저를 집광하여 온도를 측정할 강재로 상기 집광된 레이저를 조사하고, 상기 레이저가 조사된 강재로부터 발생된 열복사 에너지 및 상기 발진된 레이저에서 발생된 열복사 에너지를 수집하는 집광수단;상기 집광수단에 의해 집광된 열복사 에너지의 신호가 전송되는 제3 및 제4 광섬유;상기 전송된 열복사 에너지 신호 중 상기 제1 및 제2 파장의 열복사 에너지 신호를 각각 필터링하는 제1 및 제2 광필터링수단;상기 필터링된 제1 및 제2 파장을 갖는 열복사 에너지 신호를 각각 검출하는 제1 및 제2 광검출수단; 및상기 검출된 제1 및 제2 파장의 열복사 에너지 신호를 이용하여 강재의 온도를 연산하는 온도연산수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 온도 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 강재로부터 산란된 레이저가 상기 제1 및 제2 광검출수단으로 들어가는 것을 각각 차단하는 제1 및 제2 차단수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 강재의 온도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 반도체 레이저는 각각 1450nm 및 850nm 파장의 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 강재의 온도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 광검출수단은 각각 InGaAs 검출기 및 Si 검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 강재의 온도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 집광수단은 렌즈(lens)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 강재의 온도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 광필터링수단은 각각 1450nm 및 850nm 파장의 신호를 통과시키는 광 대역통과필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저를 이용한 강재의 온도 측정장치.
