Claims (26)
- 수직 반응기와 이 수직 반응기에 배치된 분산재를 포함하며, 이 분산재에는 적어도 50부피%의 개방 공간이 포함되어 있는, 접촉 반응을 수행하기 위한 수직 반응기 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개방 공간이 약 97부피% 이하인 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산재가 다중필라멘트 성분과 공편직된 와이어 메쉬 또는 다중필라멘트 성분이 얽힌 익스펜디드 메탈을 포함하며, 상기 다중필라멘트는 불활성 중합체, 촉매 중합체, 촉매 금속 또는 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 공편직 와이어 메쉬와 중합체 메쉬를 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 공편직 와이어 메쉬와 섬유유리를 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 테플론, 스틸울, 폴리프로필렌, PVDF, 폴리에스테르 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 다중필라멘트 성분과 공편직 와이어 메쉬를 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 수직 반응기 내의 전반에 수직 배열된 복수의 횡렬 매트로서 배치되어 있는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 와이어 메쉬가 시스템의 완전 구조 및 반응기를 통한 증기와 액체의 이동에 필요한 개방 공간을 제공하는 것인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 시이트, 번들 또는 베일(bale) 형의 공편직 와이어와 다중필라멘트 성분 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산재가 설폰화된 비닐 수지, Ni, Pt, Co, Mo, Ag 또는 이의 혼합물인 다중필라멘트 촉매 물질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 1종 이상의 부분 액체 반응물, 촉매 및 상기 부분 액체 반응물을 비등점으로 유지시키는 반응 조건을 포함하는 수직 반응기와 이 수직 반응기에 배치된 분산재를 포함하여, 하향 병류로 접촉 반응을 수행하기 위한 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분산재가 다중필라멘트 성분과 공편직된 와이어 메쉬 또는 다중필라멘트 성분이 얽힌 익스펜디드 메탈을 포함하며, 상기 다중필라멘트는 불활성 중합체, 촉매 중합체, 촉매 금속 또는 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것인 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분산재가 공편직 와이어 메쉬와 중합체 메쉬를 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분산재가 공편직 와이어 메쉬와 섬유유리를 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.

- 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 2상이 존재하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 촉매 중합체, 촉매 금속 또는 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 다중필라멘트 물질과 공편직된 와이어 메쉬 또는 익스펜디드 메탈을 함유하는 분산재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 분산재가 설폰화된 비닐 수지, Ni, Pt, Co, Mo, Ag 또는 이의 혼합물인 다중필라멘트 촉매 물질을 포함하는 것이 특징인 분산재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 분산재가 적어도 50부피%의 개방 공간을 포함하는 것이 특징인 분산재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 분산재가 약 97부피% 이하의 개방 공간을 포함하는 것이 특징인 분산재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산재가 2개의 실질적으로 수직인 이중 그리드(grid)가 상호 이격되어 있고 복수의 실질적으로 수평인 경질(rigid) 부재로 단단하게 고정되어 있는 경질 프레임, 및 튜브들 간에 복수의 유체 경로가 형성되도록 상기 그리드에 장착되어 있는, 속이 비어있거나 촉매 또는 비촉매 물질로 채워져 있는, 실질적으로 수평인 복수의 와이어 메쉬 튜브를 보유하는 구조물을 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산재가 V자 사이에 편평부가 있는 V형 주름으로 형성된 와이어 메쉬의 복수의 시이트를 포함하되, 이러한 복수의 시이트가 동일 방향으로 배향하면서 실질적으로 정렬된 피크를 보유하는 실질적으로 균일한 크기의 시이트이고, 이러한 시이트가 상기 V자에 법선 방향으로 배향된 복수의 경질 부재들에 의해 이격되고 V자 위에 정지되어 있는 구조물을 포함하는 것이 특징인 복합체.
