Claims (23)
- 용기(2) 내의 액위를 모니터링하기 위한 장치에 있어서,제1 전극으로서 작용하도록 상기 용기 내부에 밀봉되는 하나 이상의 금속 프로브(probe)(10), 커패시터를 형성하도록 상기 제1 전극과 이격되는 제2 전극, 상기 커패시터에 전류를 인가하는 수단(14), 및 상기 커패시터의 정전용량을 모니터링하는 수단을 포함하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용기 자체는 금속 용기이며 제2 전극으로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 프로브가 스테인리스강으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프로브의 일 단부(22)는 상기 용기 내부에 밀봉되도록 유리재(glass material)로 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 유리재가 붕규산염 유리(borosilicate glass)인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프로브는 상기 용기의 상부에 제공되는 개구 내에 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 프로브는 상기 용기의 개구에 삽입되는 장착부 또는 캡(30) 내부에 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 장착부는 프로브용 전기 접속부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프로브는 적어도 상기 밀봉된 부분으로부터 연장되는 일부분이 탄성물질로 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프로브 중의 적어도 유리재로 둘러싸이는 부분은 니켈합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 합금은 인코넬(Inconel) 또는 코바(Kovar) 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 합금이 알루미늄 및/또는 티타늄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 합금이 인코넬 X-750인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 장착부(32)가 니켈합금으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 합금이 인코넬 X-750인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,정전용량의 변화를 계측하는 모니터링 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,정전용량의 변화를 기록하는 기록계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 용기 내의 액위를 표시하는 디스플레이 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,특정의 정전용량이 상기 용기 내부의 액체의 특정 용적과 대응하도록 장치를 보정하는 캘리브레이션 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기금속 화합물의 레벨을 모니터링하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용기가 버블러(bubbler)인 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터링 장치.
- 유기금속 화합물을 수용하는 버블러에 있어서,주입관(4), 배출관(8) 및 침지관(6)을 갖는 밀봉된 금속 용기를 포함하고, 상기 용기 내부에 밀봉되어 상기 용기와 함께 커패시터를 형성하는 금속 프로브(10), 상기 커패시터에 전류를 인가하는 수단, 및 상기 커패시터의 정전용량을 계측하는 수단을 더 포함하는 버블러.
- 용기 내의 액위를 모니터링하는 방법에 있어서,제1 전극으로서 작용하도록 상기 용기(2)에 하나 이상의 금속 프로브(10)를 삽입하는 단계, 상기 프로브를 상기 용기 내부에 밀봉하는 단계, 커패시터를 형성하기 위한 추가의 전극을 제공하는 단계, 상기 커패시터에 전류를 인가하는 단계, 및 상기 커패시터의 정전용량을 모니터링하는 단계를 포함하는 모니터링 방법.
