Claims (29)
- 하기의 물질을 포함하는 밀도구배 패딩물질(gradient density padding material):단일층의 부직포 물질로서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 그 두께의 잔존 부분에 대하여 밀도가 증가된 두께 부분을 형성하도록 가공된 적어도 하나의 표면을 갖고, 상기 가공후의 단일층의 부직포 물질은 200-4000 MKS Rayls 범위 내에서 기류저항을 가지며, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 향상된 방음 성능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일층의 부직포 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기류 저항이 400~200MKS Rayls의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 열 및 압력 처리되어 상기 증가된 밀도 부분(density portion)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 적어도 20%의 열가소성 섬유(thermoplastic fibers)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 100% 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 중량이 .5~9oz/ft2 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 중량이 1.5~6oz/ft2 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 두께가 가공 전에 5~40mm 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 저 진동수(low frequency) 성능을 고 진동수 분해(high frequency degradation) 없이 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 수직으로 감긴 물질이거나 또는 수평으로 감긴 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물질의 단일층이 니들 펀칭(needle punched), 열 본딩(thermal bonded), 점착 본딩(adhesive bonded), 스티치 본딩(stitch bonded), 수소화 엉김(hydroentangled), 웨트 레잉(wet laid), 에어 레잉(air laid), 멜트 블로잉(meltblown) 또는 스펀 본딩(spunbonded)인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 증가된 밀도 부분이 가공 후 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 전체 두께의 5~80% 범위 내의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 두께가 가공 후 25.4mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 두께가 가공 후 25.4mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 향상된 방음 성능을 갖는 밀도구배 패딩물질의 제조방법:단일층의 부직포 물질을 제공하는 단계; 및그 두께의 잔존 부분에 대하여 밀도가 증가된 두께 부분을 형성하도록 적어도 하나의 표면을 가공하는 단계로서, 가공 후에 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질이 200-4000 MKS Rayls 범위 내에서 기류저항을 갖도록 하는 단계.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 상기 기류 저항을 400-2000 MKS Rayls 범위내로 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 열 및 압력 처리하여 상기 증가된 밀도 부분을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 상부 표면(top surface)을 예열(preheating)하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 제공하는 단계가 적어도 20%의 열가소성 섬유(thermoplastic fibers)를 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 제공하는 단계가 100% 열가소성 섬유를 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, .5~9oz/ft2 범위 내의 중량을 갖는 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 1.5~9oz/ft2 범위 내의 중량을 갖는 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 가공 전에 5~40mm 범위 내의 두께를 갖는 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 고 진동수 분해(high frequency degradation) 없이 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질의 저 진동수 성능(low frequency performance)을 증가시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 제공하는 단계가 수직으로 감거나 또는 수평으로 감는 것에 의해 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 가공 단계 후 25.4mm 이하의 두께를 갖는 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 가공 단계 후 25.4mm 이하의 두께를 갖는 상기 단일층의 부직포 물질을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
