Claims (10)
- 모터와 연관된 복수의 상 권선(phase windings)을 구비한 모터를 전자적으로 정류하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 상 권선들 각각에 의해 생성된 역 기전력(BEMF)을 감지하는 단계; 및이득 수정된(gain corrected) BEMF 신호들을 생성하기 위해, 상기 상 권선들 각각에 대해 감지된 상기 BEMF 값들의 크기를 정규화된 값으로 스케일링하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들은 상기 모터의 로터(rotor) 위치를 결정하는데 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지된 BEMF 값들의 크기를 스케일링하기 위해, 자동 이득 제어 (automatic gain control) 회로를 구성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 정규화된 값은 상기 모터의 DC 버스 전압 값의 대략 절반에 기초하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들의 크기가 상기 모터의 중성 전압(neutral voltage)을 교차하는 때를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 모터의 중성 전압을 교차하는 상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들에 대한 상기 결정에 기초하여, 선택적으로 상기 복수의 상 권선에 전류가 인가되도록 하는 인버터(inverter)에 제어 신호를 인가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 무센서 무브러시 모터(sensorless brushless motor)를 위한 제어 회로에 있어서,상기 모터의 복수의 상 권선 각각에 의해 생성되는 감지된 역 기전력(BEMF)을 수신하는 컨트롤러; 및이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들을 생성하기 위해, 상기 상 권선들 각각에 대해 감지된 상기 BEMF 값들의 크기를 정규화된 값으로 스케일링하는 자동 이득 제어 회로를 포함하고,상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들은 상기 모터의 로터 위치를 결정하기 위해 상기 컨트롤러에 의해 사용되는 제어 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상 권선들에 결합되어 상기 상 권선들에 의해 생성된 BEMF의 감쇠된 값들인 상기 감지된 BEMF 값들을 생성하는 감쇠기(attenuator)를 더 포함하는 제어회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 정규화된 값은 상기 모터의 DC 버스 전압 값의 대략 절반에 기초하는 제어 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들의 크기가 상기 모터의 중성 전압을 교차하는 때를 결정하는 수단; 및상기 컨트롤러에 의해 인가된 제어 신호에 의해 작동하는 인버터 - 상기 인터버는, 상기 모터의 중성 전압을 교차하는 상기 이득 수정된 BEMF 신호들에 대한 상기 컨트롤러의 결정에 기초하여, 선택적으로 상기 복수의 상 권선에 전류가 인가되도록 함 -를 더 포함하는 제어 회로.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 중성 전압은 상기 복수의 상 권선 각각의 전압들로부터 계산되는 제어 회로.
- 무센서 무브러시 모터에 있어서,직류 소스에 의해 전압이 인가되는 복수의 상 권선;선택된 상 권선 쌍을 통해 상기 직류 소스로부터 상전류를 순차적으로 인가하는 인버터; 및제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 제어 회로 - 상기 제어 회로의 컨트롤러는 상기 인버터의 스위칭을 제어하기 위해 대응하는 제어 신호들을 제공함 -를 포함하는 무센서 무브러시 모터.
