Claims (23)
- 간섭에 의한 색 변화를 발생시키는 박막 및 추가적인 층을 구비하며, 지폐 및 신용카드 등을 보호하기 위한 광학적 가변 소자, 특히, 광학적으로 가변적인 보호 소자에 있어서,상기 박막은 단지 지역별로 그리고 패턴의 형태로만 상기 추가적인 층의 표면 영역을 덮는 부분적인 박막 소자의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 흡수층 및 스페이서층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 다수의 상이한 굴절층들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 반사층, 바람직하게는 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는, 특히, 회절 효과를 발생시키기 위한 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는, 상기 부분적인 박막 소자의 표면 영역을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는 부분적인 반사층, 특히, 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는, 상기 부분적인 박막 소자의 표면 영역을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는, 특히 회절 효과를 발생시키기 위한 부분적인 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자에 의해 경계가 정해지는 광학적 가변 소자의 표면 영역은 흡수층은 갖지만 스페이서층은 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자에 의해 경계가 정해지는 광학적 가변 소자의 표면 영역은 스페이서층은 갖지만 흡수층은 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자에 의해 경계가 정해지는 광학적 가변 소자의 표면 영역은, 상기 표면 영역에 있는 부분적인 박막 소자의 연속 박막층을 대체하는 하나 이상의 대체층들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자에 의해 경계가 정해지는 표면 영역은 상기 부분적인 박막 소자에 의해 둘러싸이거나 상기 부분적인 박막 소자를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은, 상기 부분적인 박막 소자의 층 두께에 근사적으로 대응하는 전체적인 층 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은, 특히 회절 효과를 발생시키기 위한 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은 반사층, 특히 금속층, 및 캐리어층에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은 단일한 반사층, 특히 금속층에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은 하나 이상의 투명층들에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은, 상기 하나 이상의 대체층들의 표면 영역을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는 부분적인 반사층, 특히 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 대체층들은, 상기 하나 이상의 대체층들의 표면 영역을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는, 특히 회절 효과를 발생시키기 위한 부분적인 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 추가적인 층은 전-영역 투명층, 특히 보호 래커층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 추가적인 층은 전-영역 반사층, 특히 금속층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 추가적인 층은 전-영역 접착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학적 가변 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보안 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학적 가변 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호일, 특히 엠포싱 호일 또는 박막 호일.
