Claims (23)
- 光学的に変化する素子、特に銀行券、クレジットカード等を保障するための光学的に変化する保障素子であって、干渉によって色彩変化を生じる薄膜層およびさらに別の層を備えた光学的に変化する素子において、
前記薄膜が、前記さらに別の層の表面領域を地域的かつ模様形状にのみ覆う局部的薄膜要素の形態を有していることを特徴とする光学的に変化する素子。 - 前記局部的薄膜要素が、吸収層および隔離層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素が、屈折率の異なる複数の層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素が、金属層であることが好ましい反射層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素が、特に回折効果を生じさせる回折構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素が、該局部的薄膜要素の表面領域を局部的にのみ覆う局部的反射層、特に金属層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または5記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素が、該局部的薄膜要素の表面領域を局部的にのみ覆う、特に回折効果を生じさせる局部的回折構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または4または6記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記光学的に変化する素子の、前記局部的薄膜要素によって区切られた表面領域が、吸収層を備えているが隔離層は備えていないことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記光学的に変化する素子の、前記局部的薄膜要素によって区切られた表面領域が、隔離層を備えているが吸収層は備えていないことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記光学的に変化する素子の、前記局部的薄膜要素によって区切られた表面領域が、該表面領域における前記局部的薄膜要素の薄膜層配列と代替する単数又は複数の代替層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記局部的薄膜要素によって区切られた前記表面領域が、前記局部的薄膜要素によって包囲されまたは前記局部的薄膜要素を包囲していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層全体の層厚さが、前記局部的薄膜要素の層厚さにほぼ対応していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層が、特に回折効果を生じさせるための回折構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層が、反射層、特に金属層と、担体層とにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または13記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層が、単一の反射層、特に金属層により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または13記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層が、単数または複数の透明層により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または13記載の光学的に変化する素子。
- 前記単数または複数の代替層が、該単数または複数の代替層の表面領域を局部的にのみ覆う局部的反射層、特に金属層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10または13記載の光学的に変化する素子。
