따라서, 고유번호가 입력된 카드의 불량 여부를 검수함으로써 카드의 불량률을 최소화하고, 자동화된 검수장치에 의해 시간절약 및 인건비 절감을 구현하는 경제성 있는 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (2)
- 카드(Card, 10)를 적재하고 공급하는 카드적재기(100);와
상기 카드적재기(100)로부터 공급받은 카드(10)를 컨베이어벨트(210)에 의해 이송하는 카드이송기(200);와
상기 카드이송기(200)에 의해 이송된 카드(10)의 정보를 판독하기 위해 일시정지시키는 카드이송 일시정지신호기(300);와
상기 일시정지된 카드(10)로부터 카드정보를 판독하여 컴퓨터(500)로 전송하는 카드리더기(400);와
상기 카드리더기(400)로부터 판독된 정보를 분석하여 불량카드 발생 시 정지명령을 내리는 정보분석 프로그램이 내장된 컴퓨터(500);와
전원으로부터 전기를 공급받아 정보입력된 PCB기판(600)의 정지 및 동작명령에 의해 구동하는 제1 구동모터(700);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 검수장치 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨터(500)에 내장된 정보분석 프로그램으로부터 합격판정을 받고 상기 카드이송기(200)에 의해 이송된 카드(10)를 소정의 장소에 운반할 수 있도록 하는 컨베이어벨트(220)가 장착된 카드운반기(800);와
상기 카드운반기(800)를 구동하기 위한 제2 구동모터(900);가 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 검수장치
