Abstract
Description
상기 내벽 단열마감재는 바탕재층(10)의 상부에 엠보싱층(20)이 형성되어 이루어지되, 상기 바탕재층(10)의 폴리에틸렌폼(110)과 엠보싱층(20)의 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210) 사이에는 폴리에스테르장섬유 부직포(30)가 게재되어지고,
상기 바탕재층(10)은 폴리에틸렌폼(110)의 하면에 알루미늄호일(120)이 접착되고, 상기 알루미늄호일(120)의 하면에 접착층(130)이 형성되며, 상기 접착층(130)의 하면에 이형지(140)가 적층되어 이루어지며,
상기 엠보싱층(20)은 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)의 상부에 엠보싱마감재(220)가 적층되어지고 상기 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)과 엠보싱마감재(220) 사이에는 창호지(230)가 게재되어지며,
상기 엠보싱마감재(220)는 실크벽지, 천연벽지, 한지벽지, 유광도배필름, 무광도배필름, 은박 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 알루미늄필름 중 어느 하나로 되어지고,
상기 폴리에틸렌폼(110), 알루미늄호일(120), 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210) 및 엠보싱마감재(220)는 접착제로 접착되어지며,
상기 엠보싱층(20)의 엠보모양은 상기 엠보싱마감재(220)에서부터 창호지(230) 및 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)까지 깊숙하게 엠보싱되어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (2)
- 폴리에틸렌폼(110), 알루미늄호일(120) 및 접착층(130)이 적층되어 형성되어지는 내벽 단열마감재에 있어서,상기 내벽 단열마감재는 바탕재층(10)의 상부에 엠보싱층(20)이 형성되어 이루어지되, 상기 바탕재층(10)의 폴리에틸렌폼(110)과 엠보싱층(20)의 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210) 사이에는 폴리에스테르장섬유 부직포(30)가 게재되어지고,상기 바탕재층(10)은 폴리에틸렌폼(110)의 하면에 알루미늄호일(120)이 접착되고, 상기 알루미늄호일(120)의 하면에 접착층(130)이 형성되며, 상기 접착층(130)의 하면에 이형지(140)가 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 엠보싱층(20)은 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)의 상부에 엠보싱마감재(220)가 적층되어지고 상기 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)과 엠보싱마감재(220) 사이에는 창호지(230)가 게재되어지며,상기 엠보싱마감재(220)는 실크벽지, 천연벽지, 한지벽지, 유광도배필름, 무광도배필름, 은박 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 알루미늄필름 중 어느 하나로 되어지고,상기 폴리에틸렌폼(110), 알루미늄호일(120), 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210) 및 엠보싱마감재(220)는 접착제로 접착되어지며,상기 엠보싱층(20)의 엠보모양은 상기 엠보싱마감재(220)에서부터 창호지(230) 및 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)까지 깊숙하게 엠보싱되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 내벽 단열마감재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌폼(110)과 엠보싱폴리에틸렌폼(210)은 가교폴리에틸렌폼으로 되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 내벽 단열마감재.
