Abstract
Description
즉, 도 2의 실시에에 있어서는, 하나의 오존분해챔버(30)내에 상부로부터 히터(55), 열촉매제(50), 좁은 통로(41), 오존분해촉매(40)를 일체형으로 형성하여 히터(55)와 오존분해촉매(40)를 분리 형성하고, 열촉매제(50)의 고열이 좁은 통로(41)를 통해 오존분해촉매(40)로 전달되게 하므로 열촉매제(50)의 고열이 오존분해촉매(40)에 직접 전달되지 않아 오존분해촉매(40)에 코팅된 이산화망간이 벗겨지지 않으므로 이산화망간의 성능이 저하되지 않음은 물론, 좁은 통로(41)를 통하여 기체분자의 반응속도가 빨라져 오존분해를 더 효과적으로 수행할 수 있게 된다.
도 3은 본 고안의 또 다른 실시예를 나타낸 것으로, 두개의 챔버를 별개로 구성하여 상부의 챔버(30a)에는 히터(55)와 열촉매제(50)를 설치하고, 하부의 챔버(30b)에는 오존분해촉매(40)를 설치하며, 이들 챔버(30a)(30b)사이에 통로(41)를 설치하여 구성된 것이다.

- 음식물쓰레기가 건조 또는 분해되는 처리조(10)와, 상기 처리조(10)에 연결되며 상기 처리조(10)의 냄새를 포함하는 공기가 유입되며 공기 중의 산소를 오존으로 합성시키기 위한 자외선램프(2)가 내장된 탈취챔버(20)와, 상기 탈취챔버(20)에서 처리된 공기가 유입되도록 일단이 탈취챔버(20)의 후단에 연결되며 타단에는 공기를 외부로 배출하는 유출구(34)가 형성된 오존분해챔버(30)로 된 것에 있어서,상기 오존분해챔버(30)내부에 상부로부터 히터(55)와 열촉매제(50) 및 오존분해 촉매(40)를 일체형으로 설치하여 히터(30)와 오존분해촉매(40)를 분리형성하고,상기 열촉매제(50)와 오존분해촉매(40)사이에는 상기 열촉매제(50)의 열이 오존분해촉매(40)로 직접 전달되지 않아 오존분해촉매(40)의 이산화망간의 성능이 저하되지 않으며 오존분해를 빠르게 하도록 좁은 통로(41)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 처리기의 탈취장치.
