Claims (2)
- 고형분 10~11중량%, 평균 입경 100×10㎛, pH2.5~4.5의 콜로이달 알루미나 15~25중량부와 고형분 20~21중량%, 평균 입경 10~20㎛, pH 2~4의 콜로이달 실리카 30~40중량부 및 이온교환수 40~50중량부로 이루어진 혼합액 650~800중량부에,에폭시수지 0~20중량부, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 0~10중량부, 침상결정 규산알루미늄 분말 30~70중량부, 디부틸틴디라우레이트 0~0.2중량부, 85%인산 1~3중량부, 무기질안료 50~200중량부, 평균 입경이 0.2㎛ 보다 크고 10㎛ 이하인 토르말린 분체 90~50중량%와 음이온을 발생시키도록 여기되는 방사선 양이 14Bq/g 이상 40Bq/g 이하의 여기제 분체 10~50중량%로 이루어진 토르말린과 여기제의 혼합 분체 1~120중량부를 배합한 주제액 58~62중량부에 대하여,메틸트리메톡시실란 85~100중량부에 50중량%의 수용성 아크릴수지를 포함하는 수용성 유기 용매액 15~0중량부로 이루어진 경화제액 42~38중량부를 혼합 사용하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온 발생용 도막조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 콜로이달 알루미나/콜로이달 실리카/이온교환수 혼합물은, 상기 콜로이달 알루미나액을 고속 교반하면서 이온교환수로 희석하고, 여기에 상기 콜로이달 실리카를 고속 교반하면서 서서히 첨가하여 50℃ 이하로 유지하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막조성물.
