Description
Claims (10)
- 데이터 전압을 일단에 받아서 유지하는 축적 용량과,상기 축적 용량의 상기 일단에 게이트가 접속되고, 상기 축적 용량의 상기 일단의 전압에 따라 전류량이 제어되는 구동 트랜지스터와,상기 구동 트랜지스터에 흐르는 전류에 따라 발광하는 발광 소자와,상기 축적 용량의 타단에 접속되고, 소정의 전압 또는 펄스 형상 신호가 입력되는 제1 제어 신호선과,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 일단이 접속되고, 타단은 소정의 전압 또는 펄스 형상 신호가 입력되는 제2 제어 신호선에 접속되며, 상기 제1 또는 제2 제어 신호선의 전압 변동에 의해서 용량값이 변화하는 MOS형 용량 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 전압을 축적 용량에서 유지한 후, 상기 제1 또는 제2 제어 신호선의 전압 변동에 의해서, MOS형 용량 소자를 온 상태로부터 오프 상태로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 MOS형 용량 소자는, 상기 구동 트랜지스터와 마찬가지인 임계값 전압을갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 MOS형 용량 소자의 소스 또는 드레인 중 적어도 한쪽이 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되고, 게이트가 상기 제2 제어 신호선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 MOS형 용량 소자의 소스 또는 드레인의 한쪽이 데이터 신호의 공급원 측에 접속되고, 다른 쪽이 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되고, 게이트가 상기 제2 제어 신호선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 또는 제2 제어 신호선의 전압 변동에 의해서, 상기 MOS형 용량 소자를 온 상태로부터 오프 상태로 변화시킴과 함께, 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 오프 상태로부터 온 상태로 변화시켜 발광 소자를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 제어 신호선은, 상기 구동 트랜지스터에 접속되는 구동용 전원선이겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터 및 상기 MOS형 용량 소자는 p 채널 박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자는, 일렉트로루미네센스 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 화소 회로가 매트릭스 형상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
