Claims (5)
- LED 어레이(array)를 구동하는 스위칭 디바이스에 있어서,평균강도의 펄스형 전류로 LED 어레이를 구동하며, 상기 LED 어레이를 흐르는 상기 전류의 평균강도를 상기 펄스형 전류의 주파수 변조, 펄스 폭 변조, 그리고 진폭 변조 방식 중 적어도 한가지로 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스위칭 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상기 펄스형 전류의 변조 방식 중 두 가지의 조합으로 상기 LED 어레이를 통과하는 전류의 평균강도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스위칭 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상기 펄스형 전류의 주파수 변조, 펄스폭 변조, 그리고 진폭 변조의 조합으로 상기 LED 어레이를 통과하는 전류의 평균강도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스위칭 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 평균 전류는 공칭강도 Inom을 가지고 있다는 점, 상기 평균 전류가 0.05 Inom의 세기로 내려갔을 때 상기 평균강도는 펄스폭 변조방식으로 조절된다는 점, 그리고 0.05 Inom미만의 평균 전류의 강도는 진폭 변조에 펄스폭 변조를 겹치는 방식으로 조절된다는 점을 특징으로 하는, 스위칭 디바이스.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 0.05x10-3미만의 평균 전류 강도는 주파수 변조 방식을 더 겹치는 방식으로 제어된다는 점을 특징으로 하는, 스위칭 디바이스.
