Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- (A) 스티렌계 수지 40-95 중량부; 및(B) 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 60-5 중량부로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여(C) 고무성분이 40-65 중량%이고, 고무성분을 제외한 성분 중 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 0.1 - 8 중량%인 고무변성 스티렌계 수지 0.1-40 중량부; 및(D) 방향족 인산 에스테르 5-30 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 수지(A)SMS 폴리스티렌 수지와 고무강화 폴리스티렌 수지 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 수지(A)가 폴리스티렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 수지(A)가 고무강화 폴리스티렌 수지인 것을특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 스티렌계 수지(C)는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레인산, N-치환말레이미드의 단량체를 고무변성 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 40 중량부 이하로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 스티렌계 수지(C)는 고무성분을 제외한 성분 중 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 0.1-5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 인산 에스테르(D)는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물:상기 화학식1에서 R1, R2, R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-4의 알킬기이고; X는 C6-20의 아릴기 또는 알킬기가 치환된 C6-20의 아릴기로써 레조시놀, 히드로퀴놀, 비스페놀-A, 비스페놀-S 등의 디알콜로부터 유도된 것이며; n의 범위는 0 내지 4임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 적하방지제, 충격보강제, 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료, 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
