Claims (6)
- 흡음기가 장착되어 있고, 상기 흡음기는 전방 및 후방 벽 그리고 외벽에 의해 공간적으로 제한되며 그 내부에는 관류하는 배기가스 중의 NO2-성분을 현저히 증가시키는 하나 이상의 예비 산화 촉매변환기 및 하나 이상의 -특히 촉매적- 입자 분리기가 장착되고, 재처리될 배기가스는 유입관을 통해 흡음기 내로 유입될 수 있으며 예비 산화 촉매변환기 및 입자 분리기의 관류 후에 정화되고 간접적으로 흡음되어 다시 흡음기로부터 유출될 수 있는, 내연기관, 특히 화물 자동차 또는 버스와 같은 상용차의 디젤 엔진의 배기가스 시스템의 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치에 있어서,- 상기 예비 산화 촉매변환기(15)의 자유 배기가스 유입면이 입자 분리기(16)의 자유 배기가스 유입면 보다 훨씬 작고,- 상기 예비 산화 촉매변환기(15)에서 애스팩트 비 AR = l/φeff는 약 0.4 내지 0.6이며,- 상기 입자 분리기(16)의 애스팩트 비 AR = l/φeff는 약 0.5 내지 1.0이고,- 상기 예비 촉매변환기(15)의 체적은 약 2.5 내지 4 리터이며, (모든) 입자 분리기(16)의 체적은 약 5.5 내지 22 리터이고, 예비 촉매변환기(15) 체적 대 입자 분리기(16) 체적의 비는 약 0.15 내지 0.55이며,- 상기 입자 분리기(16) 애스팩트 비 대 예비 촉매변환기(15) 애스팩트 비의비율은 약 1.05 내지 2.2이고,- 최대 배기가스 체적 흐름[Nm3/h]에서 예비 산화 촉매변환기(15)에서 채널 속도(= 배기가스 체적 흐름/자유 배기 유입면)는 8 m/sec 보다 크고 입자 분리기(16)에서 채널 속도는 5 m/sec 보다 크며, 상기 최대 배기가스 체적 흐름은 허용되는 최대 압력 손실 및, 배기가스 공급 내연기관의 기능과 관련해서 허용되는 최대 배기가스 배압에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 촉매변환기(15)가 각각 160 또는 200 cpsi의 다포성에서 220 x 101.5 mm 또는 200 x 101.5 mm 또는 160 cpsi의 다포성에서 180 x 101.5 mm의 직경 x 길이의 크기를 가진 원통형 형상을 가지며, 5g/1000 Nm3/h 배기가스 체적 흐름, 즉 약 1.0 내지 1.5 g/리터 체적 크기의 백금 코팅을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡음기(10)에는 팽행 관류용의 원통형 형상을 가진 4개의 동일한 입자 분리기(16)가 배치되고, 상기 입자 분리기 각각은 200 cpsi의 다포성에서 150 x 150 mm 또는 150 x 225 mm 또는 150 x 300 mm의 직경 x 길이의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡음기(10)에는 팽행 관류용의 원통형 형상을 가진 3개의 입자 분리기(16)가 배치되고, 상기 입자 분리기 각각은 200 cpsi의 다포성에서 150 x 150 mm의 직경 x 길이의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡음기(10)에는 예비 촉매변환기(15)외에 원통형 형상을 가진 입자 분리기(16)가 배치되고, 상기 입자 분리기는 200 cpsi의 다포성에서 254 x 150 mm 또는 220 x 225 mm 또는 160 cpsi의 다포성에서 220 x 150 mm의 직경 x 길이의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, V-Kat(15)가 도 9의 각각의 변형예 1 내지 10에 대해 제시된 바와 같은 특징을 가진 하나 또는 다수의 PM 분리기(16)와 조합되고, 모든 변형예 1 내지 10에서 채널 속도 KG 및 변환의 값은 디젤 엔진으로부터 공급되는 배기가스의 미처리 입자가 ESC 테스트에서는 약 40 mg/KWh 크기 그리고 ETC 테스트에서는 약 50 mg/KWh 크기로 방출될 때 시험에 근거한 1200 Nm3/h의 최대 배기가스 체적 흐름을 기초로 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조합형 배기가스 재처리/흡음 장치.
