Claims (4)
- 도금욕면에서의 도금 드로잉부 상부에 적어도 공랭 장치를 설치하고, 도금 욕면에서 도금 드로잉부를 거쳐 일어서는 선재를 냉각하도록 되어 있는 선재 도금 장치에 있어서,공랭 장치는 가압 공기부와, 가압 공기부 하부의 하측 냉각부와, 가압 공기부 상부의 상측 냉각부로 이루어지며, 이 공랭 장치를 통과하는 선재가, 가압 공기부의 공기 분출구로부터 상측 냉각부 내로 유입하여 상기 상측 냉각부 상단 출구로 유출되는 주 냉각 공기와, 주 냉각 공기류에 흡인되며 하측 냉각부 하단의 입구에서 상기 하측 냉각부 내로 유입하여, 상기 주 냉각 공기에 합류하는 부 냉각 공기로 두 단계로 공랭되도록 하는 선재 도금 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상측 냉각부 및/또는 하측 냉각부의 내부에, 냉각 공기의 난류를 억제하는 난류 방지판이 선재의 통과 궤도 옆을 따라 배설(配設)되고, 이 난류 방지판에 의해 냉각 공기의 층류 공간부가 형성되는 선재 도금 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 상측 냉각부 및 하측 냉각부의 내부에, 냉각 공기의 난류를 억제하는 복수개의 난류 방지판이 전후 방향으로 일렬로 나열되는 각 선재의 통과 궤도 옆을따라 각각 좌우 대향 형상으로 배설되어, 전후 및 좌우로 인접하는 각 난류 방지판으로 이격된 복수개의 층류 공간부가 형성되고, 이 각 층류 공간부에 상기 가압 공기부의 공기 분출구가 연통되어, 각 층류 공간부에서 각각 선재를 동시에 공랭할 수 있도록 구비된 선재 도금 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 가압 공기부의 두 갈래 형상 좌우 선부 사이에, 전후 방향으로 일렬로 나열되는 각 선재가 동시에 삽탈 가능하도록 안쪽으로 인입된 쪼개어진 형상의 선재 통과부가 형성되고, 상기 상측 냉각부 및 하측 냉각부 내부에, 냉각 공기의 난류를 억제하는 복수의 난류 방지판이 각 선재의 통과 궤도 옆을 따라 각각 좌우 대향 형상으로 배설되어, 전후 및 좌우로 인접하는 각 난류 방지판으로 이격된 복수의 층류 공간부가 형성되며, 좌우 대향 형상의 상기 난류 방지판 사이와 상기 상·하측 냉각부의 정면 벽부에, 선재 직경보다 넓은 간격의 선재 삽탈부가 상기 선재 통과부와 상하로 일치되도록 연속 형성되고, 상기 각 층류 공간부에 가압 공기부의 두 갈래 형상 선부 양쪽에서의 한 쌍의 공기 분출구가 연통되어 각 층류 공간부에서 각각 선재를 동시에 공랭할 수 있도록 구비된 선재 도금 장치.
