Claims (13)
- MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호를 기록하도록 구성된 기록 매체에 있어서,상기 기록 매체는 관리 영역과 데이터 영역을 구비하며, 상기 데이터 영역은 상기 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터를 복수의 오브젝트로 나뉘어 기록할 수 있도록 구성되고,상기 오브젝트의 각각은 정수개의 영상의 그룹을 기준으로 하여 구성되거나, 재생 시간으로 정수 초 이하의 데이터로 구성된 데이터 유닛을 포함하며,상기 하나의 데이터 장치는 복수의 전송 스트림 패킷을 그룹화 함으로써 각각 형성되는 팩 그룹 또는 패킷 그룹을 포함하고,상기 팩 그룹 또는 패킷 그룹은, 팩/팩 그룹 헤더와, 상기 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터를 갖는 상기 전송 스트림 패킷을 포함한 팩/패킷 그룹 데이터를 포함하는 것인 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전송 스트림 패킷 중의 적어도 하나는 소정의 프로그램 클록 기준을 포함하는 적응 필드를 갖도록 구성되고,상기 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더가 상기 프로그램 클록 기준의 위치 정보를 포함하는 것인 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정보 기록 매체는 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호와, 아날로그 신호를 MPEG 인코딩에 의해 디지털 신호로 변환하여 얻은 비디오 레코딩 신호를 기록하도록 구성되고,상기 데이터 영역은 상기 비디오 기록 신호 및 디지털 스트림 신호를 함께 기록하고, 상기 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터를 복수의 오브젝트로 나뉘어 기록할 수 있도록 구성되고,각각의 상기 오브젝트는 데이터 유닛을 포함하며,상기 하나의 데이터 유닛은 복수의 전송 스트림 패킷을 그룹화하여 각각 형성되는 팩/패킷 그룹을 포함하고,상기 팩/패킷 그룹은 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더와, 상기 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터를 갖는 상기 전송 스트림 패킷을 포함하며,상기 관리 영역은 재생 단위로서의 셀에 관한 셀 정보와, 상기 오브젝트의 속성 정보를 포함하고,상기 셀 정보는 상기 비디오 레코딩 신호의 데이터와 상기 오브젝트를 모두 지정할 수 있게 구성되며, 상기 오브젝트를 지정하기 위한 번호 정보를 기록할 수 있도록 구성된 정보 기록 매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전송 스트림 패킷 중의 적어도 하나는 소정의 프로그램 클록 기준을 포함하는 적응 필드를 갖도록 구성되고,상기 관리 정보는 상기 프로그램 클록 기준의 위치 정보를 포함하도록 구성된 정보 기록 매체.
- 청구항 제1항의 매체에 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호를 기록하는 방법에 있어서,상기 디지털 스트림 신호를 상기 매체의 데이터 영역에 기록하는 단계와,관리 정보를 매체의 관리 영역에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 정보 기록 방법.
- 청구항 제1항의 매체로부터 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준하여 기록된 디지털 스트림 신호를 재생하는 방법에 있어서,상기 관리 정보를 상기 매체의 관리 영역으로부터 재생하는 단계와,상기 재생한 상기 관리 정보에 기초하여 상기 디지털 스트림 신호를 상기 매체의 데이터 영역으로부터 재생하는 단게를 포함하는 정보 재생 방법.
- 청구항 제1항에 기재한 매체로부터 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준하여 기록된 디지털 스트림 신호를 재생하는 방법에 있어서,상기 관리 정보를 상기 매체의 관리 영역으로부터 재생하는 단계와,상기 관리 정보에 기초하여 재생하고자 하는 상기 셀의 데이터에 대응하는 상기 전송 스트림 패킷을 상기 매체의 데이터 영역으로부터 판독하는 단계와,상기 판독한 상기 전송 스트림 패킷에 포함되는 상기 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더의 내용에 기초하여 상기 전송 스트림 패킷에 포함되는 상기 기록된 디지털 스트림 신호를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 정보 재생 방법.
- 청구항 제2항에 기재한 매체로부터 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준하여 기록된 디지털 스트림 신호를 재생하는 방법에 있어서,상기 프로그램 클록 기준의 위치 정보에 기초하여 상기 디지털 스트림 신호로부터 상기 프로그램 클록 기준을 판독하고, 상기 판독한 상기 프로그램 클록 기준을 소정의 시스템 타임 클록으로 설정하는 단계와,상기 설정된 시스템 타임 클록을 이용하여 주어진 재생 시간 정보에 대응한 데이터를 상기 매체에 기록된 상기 디지털 스트림 신호로부터 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 정보 재생 방법.
- 청구항 제1항에 기재한 매체에 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호를 기록하는 장치에 있어서,상기 디지털 스트림 신호를 상기 매체의 데이터 영역에 기록하도록 구성된 인코더 장치와,상기 관리 정보를 상기 매체의 관리 영역에 기록하도록 구성된 관리 장치를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 청구항 제1항에 기재한 매체로부터 MPEG 전송 스트림에 준하여 기록된 디지털 스트림 신호를 재생하는 장치에 있어서,상기 관리 정보를 상기 매체의 관리 영역으로부터 재생하도록 구성된 관리 장치와,상기 재생한 관리 정보에 기초하여, 상기 디지털 스트림 신호를 상기 매체의 데이터 영역으로부터 재생하도록 구성된 디코더 장치를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호를 스트림 오브젝트로서 취급하는 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터 구조로서,상기 스트림 오브젝트는 적어도 하나 이상의 스트림 오브젝트 장치를 포함하고,상기 스트림 오브젝트 장치는 적어도 하나의 팩/패킷 그룹을 포함하며,상기 팩/패킷 그룹이 선두에 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더를 갖고, 상기 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더 후에 적어도 하나의 MPEG 전송 스트림 패킷을 저장하고,상기 MPEG 전송 스트림 패킷 중의 적어도 하나는 소정의 프로그램 클록 기준을 포함하는 적응 필드를 갖도록 구성되는 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터 구조.
- MPEG 전송 스트림에 준한 디지털 스트림 신호를 스트림 오브젝트로서 취급하는 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터 구조로서,상기 스트림 오브젝트는 적어도 하나의 스트림 오브젝트 장치를 포함하고,상기 스트림 오브젝트 장치는 적어도 하나의 팩/패킷 그룹에 의해 구성되고,상기 팩/패킷 그룹이 선두에 팩 그룹 헤더를 갖고, 상기 팩/패킷 그룹 헤더 후에 적어도 하나의 MPEG 전송 스트림 패킷을 저장하도록 구성되며,상기 MPEG 전송 스트림 패킷 중 적어도 하나는 소정의 프로그램 클록 기준을 포함하는 적응 필드를 갖도록 구성되고,상기 디지털 스트림 신호는 상기 스트림 오브젝트의 관리 정보를 포함할 수 있도록 구성되며,상기 관리 정보는 상기 프로그램 클록 기준의 위치를 나타내는 정보를 포함하도록 구성된 디지털 스트림 신호의 데이터 구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 인코더 장치는 MPEG 전송 스트림을 이용하여 상기 디지털 스트림 신호를 기록하도록 구성되고,상기 인코더 장치는 아날로그 비디오 입력을 A/D 변환기를 이용하여 변환함으로써 얻은 디지털 스트림 신호를 MPEG 프로그램 스트림을 이용하여 기록하도록 더 구성되는 것인 장치.
