Description
Claims (8)
- 액체에 부유된 제1 미립자로부터의 액체 세정과 기체에 부유된 제2 미립자로부터의 기체 세정을 동시에 수행하기 위한 장치이며,원심형 로터(11)는 회전축(12)을 중심으로 회전 가능하고, 상기 액체의 세정 및 관통 유동이 가능하도록 배열되며,구동 장치(29, 30)는 상기 회전축(12)을 중심으로 원심형 로터(11)가 회전하도록 배열되며,기체 세정 장치는 원심형 로터와 함께 회전하도록 원심형 로터(11)에 연결되며, 상기 기체의 세정 및 관통 유동이 가능하도록 배열되며,고정 하우징(1)은 원심형 로터(11)를 감싸고, 기체 세정 장치(13)의 기체 입구(38)로 상기 기체를 유동시키기 위한 경로를 한정하며,기체 세정 장치(13)는 원추형 분리 디스크(37)의 적층체를 포함하는데, 상기 디스크의 적층체는 상기 회전축(12)과 동축으로 배열되며, 그 사이에서 피세정 기체를 위한 유동 경로를 한정하는 장치에 있어서,분리 디스크(37)의 적층체는, 한편으로 기체 세정 장치(13)의 입구(38)를 통해 고정 하우징(1) 내의 상기 경로와 연통하고 다른 한편으로는 원추형 디스크(37) 사이의 유동 경로의 방사상 내측부와 연통하는 중심 공간(39)을 한정하며,분리 디스크(37)의 적층체는 분리 디스크 주변에 수용 공간을 한정하는, 즉 원추형 디스크(37)들 사이의 유동 경로의 방사상 외측부가 개방된 수용 공간(7)을한정하는 고정 케이싱(2)에 의해 감싸지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원심형 로터(11)를 감싸는 고정 하우징(1)과 분리 디스크(37)의 적층체를 감싸는 고정 케이싱(2)은 공통 하우스로 형성되는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체 세정 장치(13)는 원심형 로터(11)의 하나의 축방향 단부에 위치하며, 상기 기체 입구(38)는 기체 세정 장치(13)의 단부에 위치하며 원심형 로터(11)를 향하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경로는 원심형 로터(11)를 감싸는 공간(6)으로 구성되며, 상기 원심형 로터(11) 및 고정 하우징(1) 사이에 형성되는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 환형 격벽(5)은 원심형 로터(11) 및 기체 세정 장치(13) 사이에 배열되며, 상기 공간(6)으로부터 기체 세정 장치(3)의 기체 입구(38) 쪽으로 피세정 기체를 유동시키도록 배열되는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회전축(12)은 대략 수직으로 연장되고, 기체 세정 장치(13)는 원심형 로터(11) 위에 배치되는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원심형 로터(11)는 가압된 액체를 위한 중앙 입구(31 내지 34)와 원심형 로터(11)의 반력을 얻기 위해 접선 방향이며 상기 회전축으로부터 이격된 적어도 하나의 액체 출구(29, 30)를 갖는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피세정 액체를 수용하기 위해 연소 기관으로부터 나오는 윤활유를 포함하는 공간과 연통하고, 상기 피세정 기체를 수용하기 위해 상기 연소 기관으로부터 나오는 크랭크실 기체를 포함하는 공간과 연통하는 장치.
