Description
Claims (8)
- 液体中に浮遊した第1の粒子を取り除く液体の浄化と、ガス中に浮遊した第2の粒子を取り除くガスの浄化とを同時に行う装置であって、
回転軸(12)の周りを回転し、流れを通り抜けさせかつ前記液体を浄化するように構成された遠心分離ロータ(11)と、
前記遠心分離ロータ(11)を前記回転軸(12)の周りに回転させるように構成された駆動手段(29、30)と、
前記遠心分離ロータ(11)と一緒に回転するように前記遠心分離ロータ(11)に連結され、流れを通り抜けさせかつ前記ガスを浄化するように構成されたガス浄化装置と、
前記遠心分離ロータ(11)を囲み、前記ガスを前記ガス浄化装置(13)のガス吸気口(38)まで導く通路を画定する固定ハウジング(1)と、
前記回転軸(12)と同軸に配置され、間に浄化すべき前記ガスのための流路を画定する複数の円錐形の分離ディスク(37)の積層体を含む前記ガス浄化装置(13)とを有する装置において、
複数の分離ディスク(37)の前記積層体は、一方で、前記ガス浄化装置(13)の前記吸気口(38)を通じて前記固定ハウジング(1)の内部の前記通路に連通し、他方で、前記円錐形のディスク(37)同士の間の前記流路の半径方向内側の部分に連通する中央の空間(39)を画定し、
複数の分離ディスク(37)の前記積層体は、前記複数の円錐形のディスク(37)同士の間の前記流路の半径方向外側の部分が開口する収容空間(7)を前記複数の分離ディスクの周りに画定する固定ケーシング(2)によって囲まれていることを特徴とする、液体中に浮遊した第1の粒子を取り除く液体の浄化と、ガス中に浮遊した第2の粒子を取り除くガスの浄化とを同時に行う装置。 - 前記遠心分離ロータ(11)を囲む前記固定ハウジング(1)と、複数の分離ディスク(37)の前記積層体を囲む前記固定ケーシング(2)は、共通の収容体で形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス浄化装置(13)は、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)の1つの軸方向の端部に配置され、前記吸気口(38)は、前記ガス浄化装置(13)の端部に配置され、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)の方を向いている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記通路は、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)を囲む空間(6)によって構成され、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)と前記固定ハウジング(1)との間に形成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 環状の仕切(5)が、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)と前記ガス浄化装置(13)との間に配置され、かつ、浄化すべき前記ガスを前記空間(6)から前記ガス浄化装置(13)の前記吸気口(38)に向かって導くように構成されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記回転軸(12)はほぼ垂直に延びており、前記ガス浄化装置(13)は前記遠心分離ロータ(11)の上方に配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心分離ロータ(11)は、加圧された液体のための中央の吸入口(31〜34)と、前記遠心分離ロータ(11)を反作用駆動するために、前記回転軸から離れて配置され、接線方向を向いた少なくとも1つの液体排出口(29、30)とを有している、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 浄化すべき前記液体を受け入れるために、燃焼機関から来る潤滑油が入っている空間に連通し、浄化すべき前記ガスを受け入れるために、前記燃焼機関から来るクランクケースガスが入っている空間に連通する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
