Claims (4)
- 적어도 둘 이상의 격실을 가지며 내주면에 적어도 하나 이상의 압력분산용 리브가 형성된 제1,2헤더파이프와;내부로 냉매가 흐르며, 상기 제1,2헤더파이프의 마주하는 격실을 서로 연통시켜 상기 연통되는 제1,2헤더파이프의 격실들과 함께 적어도 둘 이상의 슬랩을 형성하는 복수 개의 튜브와;상기 튜브들 사이에 적층되는 방열핀들과;상기 헤더파이프들 중 어느 한 격실에 형성된 냉매 유입관과;상기 헤더파이프들 중 적어도 어느 한 곳에 인접하는 격실을 연통시키도록 형성되는 리턴 홀과; 그리고,상기 헤드파이프들 중 어느 한 격실에 형성된 냉매 유출관을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 한쌍의 제1 및 제2헤더파이프와;상기 제1 및 제2헤더파이프에 양단부가 유체 연통 가능하게 연결되는 복수개의 튜브와;상기 튜브들의 사이에 설치되는 복수개의 방열핀을 포함하여 이루어진 열교환기에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2헤더파이프의 내면에는 적어도 하나 이상의 압력분산용 리브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리브는, X를 상기 헤더파이프에 상기 튜브가 조립될 때 상기 튜브가 차지하는 면적을 제외한 상기 헤더파이프 내부의 단면적이라 하고, Y를 상기 튜브 내부의 튜브홀의 면적이라 할 때, X ≥ 10 × Y 를 만족하는 범위 내에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리브는, 상기 제1 및 제2헤더파이프에 길이방향에 걸쳐 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
