Claims (4)
- 서로 소정 간격 이격되어 평행하게 배치되며, 헤더와 탱크로 이루어져 그 내부에는 길이방향을 따라 냉매의 흐름을 유도하는 상호 독립된 복수개의 격실을 갖는 것으로, 상기 헤더와 탱크를 가접합시키는 결합부가 적어도 하나 이상 구비된 제 1,2 헤더파이프;내부로 냉매가 흐르며, 상기 제 1,2 헤더파이프의 마주하는 격실들을 서로 연통시켜 상기 연통되는 제 1,2헤더파이프의 격실들과 함께 열교환부를 이루는 튜브열을 복수개 구비한 복수 개의 방열 튜브;상기 제 1헤더파이프의 일측 단부에 위치하여 냉매를 유입시키는 냉매 유입관;상기 냉매 유입관으로부터 유입된 냉매가 상기 열교환부를 단위로 흐를 수 있도록 상기 냉매의 흐름에 따라 상기 제 1,2 헤더파이프에 형성되어, 인접하는 격실을 서로 연통시키는 리턴 홀; 및상기 냉매의 흐름에 따라 상기 열교환부 중 최종의 열교환부를 구성하는 격실에 형성되어 냉매가 유출되도록 하는 냉매 유출관;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리턴 홀은 상기 제1 및 제2헤더 파이프의 길이방향을 따라 배열된 적어도 둘 이상의 홀로 이루어지고, 상기 리턴 홀이 형성된 부분에서 상기 결합부는 리턴 홀 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 상기 냉매와 열교환을 일으키는 공기가 상기 냉매 유출관이 형성된 방향으로부터 흘러 들어갈 수 있도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합부는 리벳에 의해 체결된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
