Claims (7)
- (A) 안료, (B) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 알칼리 가용성 수지, (C) 다관능성 단량체 및 (D) 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감방사선성 조성물.<화학식 1>식 중, R1내지 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 수산기, 히드록시메틸기 또는 카르복실기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감방사선성 조성물이 컬러 액정 표시 장치의 블랙 매트릭스 형성용인 감방사선성 조성물.
- 제2항에 기재된 감방사선성 조성물로 형성된 컬러 액정 표시 장치용 블랙 매트릭스.
- 제3항에 기재된 블랙 매트릭스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감방사선성 조성물이 컬러 액정 표시 장치의 착색층 형성용인 감방사선성 조성물.
- 제5항에 기재된 감방사선성 조성물로 형성된 컬러 액정 표시 장치용 착색층.
- 제6항에 기재된 착색층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 액정 표시 소자.
