Claims (9)
- 흡입관과 토출관이 각각 연결되는 밀폐용기와;상기 밀폐용기의 내부에 고정되는 고정자와, 상기 고정자와 일정 간격을 두고 배치되어 상기 고정자로 전원이 인가되면 상기 고정자와 상호 작용에 의해 직선 왕복 이동되는 가동자로 구성되는 구동부와;상기 흡입관으로 흡입되고 수소, 불소 및 탄소로 구성된 수소화불화탄소이고 염소를 포함하지 않는 HFC 냉매와;상기 구동부에서 발생되는 왕복 운동력을 전달받아 상기 HFC 냉매의 압축 작용을 하는 압축부와;상기 밀폐용기의 저부에 채워지고 수분 흡습성이 크며 포화수분량이 1500∼2000 PPM인 합성유의 일종인 에스테르계 윤활유와;상기 구동부 및 압축부의 각 운동 부위로 상기 에스테르계 윤활유를 공급하여 윤활 작용을 수행하는 윤활부를 포함하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 상기 밀폐용기에 고정되는 아우터 스테이터와, 상기 아우터 스테이터의 내주면과 일정 에어갭(air gap)을 두고 배치되는 인너 스테이터와, 상기 아우터 스테이터와 상기 인너 스테이터 중 어느 하나에 감겨지고 외부로부터 전원이 인가되는 권선 코일로 구성되고,상기 가동자는 상기 아우터 스테이터와 인너 스테이터 사이에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되어 상기 권선 코일에 전원이 인가되면 직선 왕복 이동되는 마그네트와, 상기 마그네트가 장착되는 마그네트 프레임과, 상기 마그넷 프레임과 연결되어 직선 왕복 운동되면서 유체의 압축작용을 하는 피스톤으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압축부는 상기 가동자와 연결되어 직선 왕복 이동되는 피스톤과;상기 피스톤이 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되고 일정 압축실을 형성하는 실린더와;상기 피스톤의 전방에 장착되어 상기 피스톤에 형성된 냉매통로에 장착되어 상기 압축실로 유입된 냉매가 역류되는 것을 방지하는 흡입밸브와;상기 실린더의 전방에 장착되어 토출되는 냉매의 개폐작용을 하는 토출밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활부는 상기 밀폐용기의 하부에 일정량 만큼 채워진 에스테르계 윤활유를 펌핑하는 윤활유 펌핑부와, 상기 윤활유 펌핑부에서 펌핑되는 에스테르계윤활유를 상기 피스톤과 실린더 사이의 마찰부위로 공급하는 윤활유 공급통로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 냉매는 ODP(오존층파괴지수)가 0이고 불연성인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 냉매는 순도가 99.9% 이상인 분자식이 CF3CFH2이고, 분자량이 102인 HFC134a가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활유는 밀도가 15℃에서 0.93∼0.99 g/㎤이고, 전산가는 0.01mgKOH/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활유는 인화점이 240℃ 이하이고, 동점도(cSt)는 40℃에서 10.0∼22.5 ㎟/s 인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활유는 안정제 및 산화 방지제 등의 첨가제가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기기용 왕복동식 압축기.
