Claims (6)
- 외부로부터 입력된 클럭 신호와 내부 클럭 신호의 주파수를 주기적으로 비교하여 두 신호의 위상차에 따른 출력신호를 출력하는 위상 검출수단;상기 위상 검출 수단의 출력신호에 따라 일정 전압을 출력하는 루프 필터;상기 일정 전압에 비례하는 주파수를 갖는 상기 내부 클럭 신호를 출력하는 전압 제어 발진 수단을 포함하는 위상 제어 루프 회로에 있어서,상기 전압 제어 발진 수단은, 커패시턴스 값을 조절할 수 있는 캡슐을 포함하여, 상기 내부 클럭 신호의 주파수를 내부 설정값을 이용하여 설정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡슐은, 상기 전압 제어 발진 수단의 출력 단자에 병렬로 연결된 복수개의 제1 커패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 캡슐은, 상기 출력 단자와 상기 복수개의 제1 커패시터 사이에 각각 연결되고, 복수의 제어 신호에 따라 제어되는 복수의 제1 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 캡슐은, 상기 전압 제어 발진 수단의 출력단자와 직렬로 연결된 복수개의 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 캡슐은, 상기 복수개의 제2 커패시터와 출력단자 사이에 연결되고, 상기 제어 비트에 따라 제어되는 복수의 제2 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캡슐은, 상기 복수의 제2 스위치는 상기 복수개의 제2 커패시터와 출력단자 사이에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 제어 루프 회로.
