Claims (13)
- - 물 및 n은 6 내지 16의 수이고, M은 1가 양이온이며, 탄소 원자들의 평균 수 nm은 9 내지 10인 식 H(CH2)nOSO3 -M+의 적어도 하나의 알킬 황산염으로 이루어진 계면활성제로부터 기포를 형성하는 단계, 및- 얻어진 기포를 플라스터 슬러리 속에 유입하는 단계를 포함하고, 유입된 계면활성제의 양이 플라스터 슬러리의 0.32 그램/리터를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 0.77이하의 코어 밀도를 나타내는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,계면활성제의 소비량이 플라스터 슬러리의 0.24g/l이하인 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제조된 플라스터보드가 2MPa보다 더 큰 압축 강도를 나타내는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 5 내지 60중량%의 도데실 황산염을 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 40 내지 95중량%의 데실 황산염을 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 5 내지 60중량%의 옥틸 황산염을 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,M이 나트륨, 칼륨, 마그네슘 및 암모늄으로부터 선택되는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 5 내지 25중량%의 황산 옥틸 나트륨 및 75 내지 95중량%의 황산 데실 나트륨을 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 5 내지 15중량%의 황산 옥틸 나트륨 및 85 내지 95중량%의 황산 데실 나트륨을 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 추가로 금속이온차폐제를 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 추가로 향수성제(hydrotropic agent)를 포함하는 플라스터보드 제조 방법.
- n이 6 내지 16의 수이고, M이 1가 양이온이며 탄소 원자의 평균 수인 nm이 9 내지 10인 식 H(CH2)nOSO3 -M+의 적어도 하나의 알킬 황산염으로 이루어지고, 사용된 양이 플라스터 슬러리의 0.32g/l이하인 플라스터보드를 경량화하기 위한 계면활성제의 용도.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,플라스터보드가 0.77이하의 코어 밀도를 나타내는 계면활성제의 용도.
