Claims (6)
- 전극 및 상기 전극에 형성된 중기공성 백금층을 포함하는 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 비활성 금속 또는 산 저항성을 가지는 금속 전극인 것인 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중기공성 백금층은 1.5 내지 3 nm의 직경을 갖는 포어가 육방 배열구조로 형성된 것인 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중기공성 백금층은 상기 전극 표면에 60 내지 600 nm 두께로 도금된 것인 바이오센서.
- 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이오 센서에 전압을 인가하는 단계; 및상기 인가단계에서 측정한 전류세기를 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 중기공성 백금을 이용한 글루코스 농도 측정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전압은 기준 전극 대비 -0.1 내지 0.5 V인 것인 측정 방법.
