Claims (3)
- 촉매를 포함하는 용매 존재 하에서, 파라자일렌을 165 내지 180℃의 온도에서 분자상 산소를 포함하는 기체로 산화 반응시켜 상기 용매를 포함하는 조테레프탈산 조성물을 제조하고;하이드로사이클론을 사용하여 상기 조테레프탈산 조성물에서 용매 교환을 실시하고;상기 용매 교환된 조테레프탈산 조성물을 220 내지 250℃까지 가열하여 공기 중 산소를 이용하여 정제 산화 반응시키는공정을 포함하는 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매로 코발트, 브롬 및 망간을 사용하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용매 중의 코발트 농도가 400 내지 2500 ppm, 망간농도가 20 내지 80 ppm의 범위이고, 상기 코발트 및 망간에 대한 브롬의 중량 비율이 1 : 0.3 내지 1의 범위인 제조 방법.
